I love going to Christopher's. Holly Wagner is the absolute best at blonde color, and precision cuts. She is always in a positive mood, and up to date on latest trends. I always walk out looking sooo great!

I’mvery disappointed with this salon recently. I’ve been going there for years and now whenever I try to go I get screwed over with my appointments being canceled a day or two before and no rescheduling or care about me as a client. It feels like my stylist is playing favorites.

On top of Don being extremely rude and unprofessional, he did a poor job of executing simple highlights. When asked to fix the dye job, he hung up the phone. Take your money elsewhere.Service: Hair coloring

The only reason I am even leaving 1 star is because Tammy has been so kind in trying to make up for the ABSOLUTELY AWFUL experience I had with Don at this salon. He sent me to the wrong address, showed up 30 min late, did a terrible highlight (color and application) and cut (inch difference between front and back), and INSULTED the final product. I walked out in tears with wet hair. Called for my money back but Don said he should have never worked on my hair, refused to give my money back, and HUNG UP on me. NEVER have I tried to work with someone so rude. How he still has a job there is a mystery

I have been coming to Don at Christopher's for years and have nothing but great things to say. My hair is very fine and sensitive to harsh coloring chemicals. Don takes time and care to make sure the color looks good without damaging my hair. The color always looks well blended and natural- many don't know that I color my hair! When I want to make changes to the cut and color he listens, which is important to me. Not only is Don wonderful with hair, he's also kind and professional. My husband has started to go to him and he is also incredibly pleased.

Don is extremely rude and inexperienced. He could not execute basic highlights. When asked to fix the mistakes, he hung up the phone. Other staff members were also rude and unfriendly. Take your money elsewhere!

THE RUDEST stylist I’ve ever attempted to work with. Don sent me to the wrong address, showed up 30 min late, did a terrible highlight and cut, INSULTED my hair when he was finished, and I walked out of the salon in tears with wet hair. The highlights were choppy, 1/8-1/4 in from my roots, and a color that didn’t match the rest of my blonde. There’s a 1/2 in difference in length from the back of my head to the front. Called trying to get my money back (thank you Tammy, you were wonderful for working with me) but Don said he KNEW BEFORE HE STARTED that he shouldn’t work on my hair but did anyway, refused to give my money back, AND HUNG UP ON ME. I’ve never looked or felt this terrible after leaving a salon.

A recommendation from a friend who has similar hair to me was what brought me to Don at Christopher's Salon. I've been so pleased with every interaction I've ever had with Don over the years. Don colors my hair every 5 weeks. He listens to me each and every time. He gives me his honest, professional opinion when I have an idea of a change I want to make. He has high standards for how his client's hair will look. I have recommended Don to several friends and all of them have gone to him and stayed with him and that is a testament to his work. I would highly recommend Don at Christopher's to anyone who wants a great colorist and stylist.

Very unprofessional staff all around. Don was rude and inexperienced. He could not perform simple blonde highlights, as they ended up being uneven, chunky and overall not blended well. The staff ended up leaving an accidental voice message of them complaining about the request to fix the errors. Take your money elsewhere.
