Sadly after working with this company I would not recommend Christian Brothers Valley Park. I have a feeling other locations may have better management but Brian and Alicia did not make my time as a customer enjoyable, valuable, or trusting.
I was excited to bring my car here to get worked on because of their faith based values and the great reviews. After I towed my car there, Max did a great job of explaining to me my car was having electrical problems and needed to have the wiring fixed. I got my car back and the low tire pressure light was on. I thought it was odd since I just bought new tires a month prior. Since they were about to close I decided to just check my tire pressure at home. My husband drove behind my car in case anything happened with the wiring and my power steering or brake hold system were to go out again.
When I got home I hear that there is a hole in my tire. I immediately call Christian Brother Valley Park to inform them of what I found. There were no issues with the tires that morning and since my report came back with all the tires ok from earlier that day, this problem occurred while they had my car.
I called back when they were open and can’t remember who I spoke with but I told the employee about my tire and how it was flat and there was a big hole in it and the entire tire would need to be replaced. He talked about patching it up and I told him there is no way a patch would work with the hole size. He told me to call discount tire and let them know about the situation and they would pay for a new tire.
After setting up an account with discount tire they had to order my tire in. I called Christian Brothers back and talked to Alicia letting her know that I wouldn’t be able to drive my car to discount tire and they could send a van out to put my new tire on for me but it cost $50 and asked if they would also be covering the cost of that. She informed me they would not cover that service fee.
I had to wait several days for my tire to arrive and when discount tire called Christian Brother Valley Park for payment they refused.
I called Brian back and he said there is no way my tire popped at their facility. I asked him how did my tire report come back that everything was ok and the tire light came on by the time I left then and he informed me it was impossible for that to have happened. Alicia told me they check and fill all clients tires when serviced which Brian then told me they do not check everyone’s tires. Alicia told me she asked her employees if anyone told me to call discount tire. None of them took ownership and I asked her how I would have known to call that company specifically if none of their employees told me too. For this, Alicia had no response other than they would not be paying for the tire and again, no employee would have told me to call them.
From dealing with this issue I do not trust how this location manages business. I do not feel the manager has communicated to staff what is appropriate for them to handle verses upper management. I do not feel yelling at a customer and placing blame on them is a good way to conduct business.
After a week of dealing with the tire issue I turn my car on and the wire job they did had completed already came undone. I had driven a total of 22 miles. I called Max back and he said he would look at it again. I didn’t trust them to look at my car after this issue and brought it to Honda.
Honda told me it doesn’t look like anyone had previously ever done any work on my car. I had to pay more money to get this issue fixed.
I would not waste your time or money with Christian Brothers Valley Park. They do not conduct business in an efficient or professional manner.

I had an appointment on Friday, but Alicia called me on Thursday and said they could fit me in that afternoon. Max was very thorough in explaining the issues with my car. I was very pleased with the work. They even referred me to a great place for my tires! I will be back.

I had a great experience with Christian Brothers Automotive. “I was so pleased with the service I received from this business. They went above and beyond to help me fix the things I needed to fix to make sure I would be safe driving. The office staff was very knowledgeable and so kind to me.
As far as the mechanics they were fast and did an amazing job on getting my vehicle back. As customers we need to take some time to just show them how much we appreciate their hard work in keeping us safe on the road with our vehicles.
Having someone to take you home until your vehicle is ready and then bringing you back to get your vehicle was a great. Especially,
if you live alone or when no one is available to take or pick you up.
I highly recommend this company for any work you need to get done.

Took vehicle in for diagnostics regarding no AC. Needed Freon. Just under $300. Added dye & will take back in 2 weeks to see if there’s a leak.

First time I was using Christian Brothers Automotive. I just stopped by to check the prices and possibly make appointment. They were able to take me same day and also they offered me a ride back home so I don’t have to wait. I was more than happy that they can do it right away. They also called me next day to make sure everything‘s working well.
What a great service!!
I will definitely come back.

I've taken multiple vehicles to CB's over the last few yrs. They've consitently done a great job. They communicate well are professional and friendly. They may not be the cheapest, but they are honest, thorough and do really good work.

Questionable… I bought new tires from a local tire dealer, they don’t do alignments at this dealer, but have a deal setup with Christian Brothers for a free alignment check and $10 off alignment if needed with the purchase of a set of tires. So after mounting the tires I make an appointment and take it here to get the alignment checked. I agree if the alignment is out that I will pay the over $100 required for the adjustments. So I take it in and I’m told the alignment is way out and they are making adjustments. Didn’t think it was that bad because it was driving good, but okay, I don’t want premature wear on my new tires, so I ask at that point I’d like to see the before/after of the alignment. So after it’s all done and I’m getting ready to check out, the attached alignment sheet is given to me. So, .02 deg out per spec on just the left front toe, with total front toe still being in spec. I could have sneezed on this thing and it would have come in spec. I’m not usually one to complain, but when you are charging someone over $100 to do this, you would think you would at least show them these pre-alignment results before touching anything and charging them over $100 for it. Did they follow the rules? Technically yes, one number showed up red on their readout by .02, so it was out. Just don’t breathe on it, it might have turned green…
