He was IN MY LANE and I should have hit him. Don't worry your right across from.whete we moved. I'll be seeing you soon to take it out of the ugly overpriced cars you have on the lot. Had an excellent test drive yesterday thanks to Antonio Jones in sales and leasing. He was very accommodating, I never once felt pressured into a sale. He understood that I was making an important decision and made sure I knew I could take my time. Would definitely recommend, thanks again Antonio!

I have had mostly good experiences with getting service performed on my car here. I had some recall work done and they even gave my transportation home, then back to the dealership again, so I didn't have to sit around a waiting room for hours while my car was being serviced.
I would give a 5 star rating, but one of the service advisors got smart with me once I am a retired ASE Certified Master Automobile Technician with 49 years of experience in the auto repair industry. That service advisor talked down to me in a rather condescending manner when I made a statement about what was wrong with my car at the time. I advised him of just whom he was talking to! Then also advised him that he should not talk to ANY customers like that, regardless of their experience in auto repair.
But again, if not for that one incident, I would give their service department a perfect rating.

The entire staff was exceptional! Chad personally sold me my car and I couldn’t be happier! He made the process go by so easily and I would even go so far as to say that it was the fastest car buying experience I’ve ever had! I didn’t buy the car I thought I was going to buy but instead I got a better one! The selection is incredible!

The team has been patient with me and the difficulties I have had with UVO. Upgrades are the owners' issues, unlike all other computer systems and apps. The mother ship does not trust the techs in the field to keep their systems current.
The UVO system in my Seltos has been a disappointment from the first day I took ownership. Ultimately, after WEEKS of exchanges with Kia Corp, it was finally decided they did not know what was wrong and replace the entire system.
The four stars are for the local team. The fifth and missing star would have been for KIA's.

5 Star service. This is where you want to go to purchase a Kia. Jenai, my sales person, was professional, knowledgeable, and patient. A great salesperson. Mike, the general manager will help you in any way possible, and James in finance takes his time to make sure you are happy with your purchase.

We had an awesome experience when purchasing our new vehicle. Chad kept us in the loop every step of the way, making sure everything ran smoothly. We didn't feel pressured at any point during the finance process to buy extra add-ons, which was nice.
