I went for my normal recommendations on Saturday and none of my favorite people were there. The store is dirty. It was unorganized. It used to be cute and fun and staff were great. So disappointed in what’s it’s turned into.

PLEASE DO NOT SHOP HERE FOR YOUR OWN HEALTH as someone who worked there they don't test their products and their flower and edibles are overpriced and dirty. the management makes some of the worst decisions ever and they treat their employees horribly. they also are Not queer friendly or woman owned I don't know why google says that. this company is full of money hungry liars. hopefully they will be out of business soon as it's clear they are running out of money.

Matt, the store manager, is always kind and flexible when I go in. He made sure I got a 25% discount when I got my Soda and Chocolates and is always accomodating.

Did tap to pay and the clerk according to my bank rang up my beverage to $91.72 vs's $12.99. Owner said he'd offer me kratom o make up for it when I dont even use kratom like that.*3 months now the owner fought me with his bank instead of humbly reversing the obvious mistake.Narcissistic to say the least.

FIXED…new store and company leadership picked up the complaint and corrected everything. Changing my rating from one to five stars and I continue to shop at the store. Bravo Kratom and thank you.
I have been in dispute for a refund for an exchanged product since May 24th. Despite contacts from Salena and then Jessie for a refund they said was long overdue in June and July, I still can't get my $219.36 refund. BE AWARE of false promises made by the Store Manager, given they double-charged me for a product, yet wouldn't process the refund. Love the products, but this dishonesty really troubles me.

Big shout out to Nina for taking the time to assisting me with some good products. It was my first time shopping there and she had some extra goodies for 1st time customers. I really loved the energy and the kindness from the staff.

Prices are high even by the standards of high end kratom - I believe it was $10 for a 10 gram sample - but they have some cool kratom edibles that aren't available everywhere, if you like that sort of thing. Quality is higher than the gas station tier kratom available at most places in this area. Store is fancy with a boutique dispensary vibe.

Sign in window said back in 5 mins. No one came in 15 minutes. I waited outside with numerous other people but no one came to let us in. I hope the person working is okay, but completely unprofessional. I also called twice and was sent to voicemail.
