This business charges for water--a pitcher with plastic cups. I've done some research and learned that it is not technically illegal, but is considered to be broadly irresponsible to serve alcohol without offering free water. It's my only experience of being charged for water at a bar, for sure. They will also harass you if you bring a water bottle. I still come for some of the live music--my wife and I are swing dancers, and the floor can't be beat--however, it's becoming less pleasant. The carpet in the restrooms, the charge for water, the cash cover with an unreliable ATM, and the increasingly bizarre and poor taste performances (little people wrestling in 2024, are you kidding me?) have us seeking alternatives for dance opportunities. I've also heard but not experienced stories of sexual harassment by a bouncer working there--granted this person may or may not still work there, so take with a grain of salt. Really hope this place finds some new management in the years to come so the community can enjoy this historic ballroom.

Always fun ever since I was a small girl. Nostalgia is great not much has changed. Have been here for several different venues in my adult years and always a great time.

My mom frequented the Ballroom as a young girl during the 40s. When I went there as a young girl it was so much fun. The dance floor is awesome! At 75 I can’t move too well anymore but I have fond memories.

First time at the Casa Loma. Fabulous Motown Revue were fantastic.Large ballroom dance floor is where I spent most of my time. It's a great place to meet your friends and is not costly to get in. Very pretty inside. Some light food is available. Dress code was all over the place so dress casual or dress semi casual, your call.Drinks on the other hand were on the high end, $30.00 for a bucket of beer is twice what is should be. And, cocktails were $7.00.All in all, it was a great night and my friends and I, will be returning.

Was there for a band concert. Place seeme a little old fashioned. But all in all everything was okay and the night went fast. Little expensive on drinks, though. I'd say overall good experience.

We went last night to celebrate their 96th annual Halloween bash. It was amazing!! We had never been there before but we are definitely planning to attend again! Everyone was so friendly and we appreciated being able to park right in front of the venue. There are 2 big flights of stairs to go up and I did not see any handicap accessible entries.
