Car was promised on July 20th . As of today July 29th, CARSTAR had no idea when the car will be ready. Representatives blame there computer systems, saying that can’t figure out when parts will arrive. Estimate already doubled in price. Not happy

My insurance company had the car towed there. When I called a week later they told me the car was totalled. My wife went by the shop to remove our belongings from the car. That was the extent of our interactions.

Rob and the staff are amazing. I have used them a couple of times for car accidents (not my fault) and they have really taken care of my vehicles beyond my expectations. They truly made sure my vehicles returned to the road in a great SAFE condition-100% satisfied.

Carstar Roland was suggested by my insurance after a collision. They were in my neighborhood so I chose them. This was an excellent decision on my part because they were extremely kind and the work they did was top notch. Getting in an accident and needing bodywork done during the Holliday season can be crazy and they stayed in touch and kept me up to date on arriving parts etc. I hope to not be a return customer but if I'm ever in need of work again they are my first call, and I highly recommend them.
