It's ok ... So I'm talking to a hard for hearing woman who has kids and we've tried to go in there a couple times or whatever but children hospital have already taken our photo and know who we are or whatever but they're making it really hard for us to get in there which is causing us to be late every time we have an appointment which is like why the hell would we want to keep on rescheduling an appointment if we're never going to make it on time because the way they get the front desk is stolen us you know that's why my kids okay sometimes I mean the people need to just let us in if you've already taken our photo or whatever and just look us up in the system but
