Felt like not enough outside personel or not enough vehicles. As soon as a car came in it was turned around and sent back out. Left eye glasses in the car. Tried going on line with lost and found. Didn't work.

Josh .N checked me in & he was great from greeting me & welcoming me back to the facility to telling me have a safe flight home....Thankyou Josh.N & Mr .Howard drove me from the airport to Enterprise & how lucky was I to get him when returning to the airport. Great guy & very helpful. Thankyou Mr. Howard.

I always rent from enterprise and it’s usually a good experience but I placed a reservation. Showed up to get my car and they stated they wouldn’t honor a reservation made the same day even when I confirmed with enterprise before placing the reservation. Staff suggested I go back to the airport to try another rental place but they were closed. Leaving me stranded.

What kind of airport car rental isn't 24 hrs. When picking up a car the staff ask to see your departing itinerary so the worker new my flight left at 5am but said nothing about them not opening till 4am. By the time the staff opened the return gate it was 10 after 4am and had to wait another 10 minutes for the shuttle. When the shuttle finally arrived the driver began spraying disinfectant inside the van onto the windshield which made all on board gag. He then proceeded to slowly clean the windshield. Got to the airport close to 4:30am too late to check my bag n missed my flight. Staff was not helpful at all

This location is a little tricky to find for returns. Maps sent me to the airport terminal and one other wrong location before I found the right place.
