Both of my children go here and since the new director Alicia has taken over I have had nothing but the upmost faith that my babies are being cared for like her own would be. She is an amazing director and we absolutely love her! My kids love coming here and the teachers are amazing especially Ms. Nikki who is such an amazing teacher.

Love this place. Alicia has really turned this place around and gotten so many things together, like a gym area for the smaller kids that has all new mats and toys so they can crawl and climb and play safely. We love coming here every drop off and pick up were always greeted with a smile and a quick report on how the kiddos day was. It really feels like a family here. Can't say enough good things and the positive improvements Alicia has had on cadence.

Overall, the daycare provides a satisfactory experience, though there have been notable changes since Cadence Academy assumed management. A substantial number of staff members have departed, and alterations to the closing time from 6:00 pm to 5:30 pm are reportedly under review, though feedback on this matter is pending.Communication channels have witnessed a decline in effectiveness. Instances of unnecessary calls for child pickup due to minor weather changes have been noted, with inadequate follow-up or clarification provided. It is observed that the current director, Alicia, exhibits challenges in maintaining a composed demeanor during interactions with parents, including instances of raised voices. This has contributed to an environment that may not be perceived as welcoming. I believe addressing these concerns would contribute to an enhanced experience for both parents and children at the daycare.

Very disappointed with this place. Ever since they switched out their staff, this place is unclean, and stressful for both kids and workers. Every week they have a outbreak, seems like they can never get it completely sanitized. The new director looks and is very rude. She gets loud and screams When she has to actually do her job. I would not recommend this place to anyone. There are a few good teachers that work here. However, they seem to have transferred McDonald’s managers over to this daycare to run it. ?

This place was very nice before it was bought out by Cadence(corporate) and was chesterfield kids academy. Now its a revolving door of new employees who are highly stressed at work and it shows in the kids. Sad to see.

Both of my children have been attending this school since they were 3 months old. We couldn’t have been happier with the care and compassion shown to them. My son who is entering kindergarten this August is beyond prepared! We will miss his teachers and friends dearly!

As a first time mom who has ZERO family here, I was skeptical about where to send my child at the ripe age of only 12 weeks old. I visited this center and felt comfortable vibes. Now that my son has been here 3 months, all I can say is WOW! The care, love, and attention they show my son and all the children that attend here is worth every penny. The teachers and Director listen to our concerns and make every effort to make everything easy for us. I love this daycare!

Not impressed with the issues in the younger classrooms (1 year old class rooms) between the behavior of the lead teachers in following protocols in place for safety and reporting.

I had been searching for a daycare/preschool for my 1 year-old and 3 year-old when I came across Chesterfield Kids Academy. I was hoping for a quaint, cozy environment for my young kiddos - and that is what I found here! My son is in a class of 6 children, my daughter in a class of 10. Since we have been coming here, I have gained so much respect for all of the teachers. Everyone cares so much about the children and treats them like one of their own. The teachers go above and beyond to provide fun learning activities, daily arts and crafts projects, and opportunities for physical activity. They also provide dance lessons and foreign language (Spanish or Russian) classes as part of the tuition. I think it's safe to say my kids love it here when they never want to get in the car to go home!
