It’s small but very carefully selected. Mostly high price, unique designer items but they also have good quality items from more affordable brands for less than $100. Found a beautiful wool coat which was what I was looking for. Really enjoyed seeing all the lovely pieces.

Byrd is my favorite place to shop. I frequently find beautiful preloved and new-with-tags dresses, tops, jackets, shoes and accessories at very reasonable prices. Chanel, Gucci, Prada, YSL, Burberry and other top designers are represented there. The staff is very helpful and pleasant.

Great store! Many luxury items but a few contemporary pieces, too. Very nice vibe in the store, fair prices, clean space, and many items to choose from. I see they have a website- I plan to purchase a piece I saw in store online. Will update.

I purchased an open sweater jacket. When I got home I discovered a hole on the arm. The store does not accept returns. I paid too much to receive merchandise with holes. Very disappointed.

The newer Owner is such a sweet person! I love their items that are reasonably priced! I found a beautiful coat retail over $1000 and found it for an extremely great deal! I have shopped here for years !! Under both owners and really appreciate them always being kind. They also consigned many items, and sold many of them for me. The employees are very helpful! Thank you Byrd!!!!!SHELBY❤️

My daughter and I walked into this store while we were shopping in Clayton. The staff was very rude. They didn't greet us. They just stared at us. It was quite off putting. I did see a bag that I liked, however my daughter motioned me out. Neither of us were at all comfortable in the store; and the staff working seemed to make sure that we in fact felt that way so we would leave. We frequent several stores in that plaza, though this was our first time in Byrd. I haven't had this issue in any of the other stores in that area. We won't be returning.

The shop is really beautiful. They have a lot of mid tier luxury brands (Ramy Brook, Veronica Beard, Alexis) with luxury items as well. Really great prices too

I Absolutely would not recommend wasting your time to go into the shop. I am definitely not a size 2 or four, but I could definitely wear clothes in the store. However, when I walked in The coerk was not friendly and acted like she was completely busy, which she was not. I asked her about her sizing and she directed me to a rack over size 6. When you walk in, the racks are sized 0 to 4 and then a back rack is 6+. There's really nothing in the store over a size 10. The clothes were coordinated by color and I'll mix in and the quality was not great. There were pills on many items and the prices are pretty ridiculous for the quality. I hope the owner has a new plan because she's not going to be in business long. It says if she is back in the 70's, "playing store".

I just left Byrd after going there for the first time and trying my hand at consignment selling for the first time. I called first to inquire about reselling an LV bag. I was told to bring it by. The women I met was quick to inform me that the bag had scratches. "You know this bag has scratches." Although I hadn't noticed them b/c they were slight, I thought..."Ok. That is because it's USED like most of the inventory in here." She then went on to tell me that she had suspicions regarding it's authenticity and asked where it was purchased. I told her where I purchased it and she confirmed her suspicions to me. She named a competitor (that she touted as reputable) that I have also researched and found documented proof of authenticity fraud. But, where I purchased MY bag was MUCH riskier according to her. I told her that I wasn't aware of my site having issues but shared with her that I do my research. That my site was given good scores by the BBB and that her recommended site was publicly charged with fraud and found guilty in the past. I asked her if she was aware of this of which she said.... "Yes. I am." Okaaaaay?????? What????????? (conversation interesting) After leaving, I reread the guidelines and protocols of my purchasing site. I reconfirmed that any purchase over $500 is 100% authenticated as well as reading the BBB report. Right or wrong and all of this backstory aside, this person's demeanor made me feel embarrassed, defensive and guilty over a quick drop by. Did she think I was trying to pull a fast one on her? I was after all, wearing a mask. If this bag turned out to be 100% crap, which I don't believe it to be, I can't change that. My bad and lesson learned. There are however, a million ways to enhance those customer service skills. While today I was inquiring about selling for the very first time, I am the rest of my life, a consumer of stores. Your lack of skill set today ended that side of my interest in Byrd. So, it is Bye Bye Byrdie for me.

Very pricey and not much to choose from. Small store and is not organized by size. It is organized by color which was frustrating and took to much time to find anything in your size. I don't see my self ever returning. The store was definitely over rated and priced. Might as well buy new.

Dear Women of Color, Be cautious when you enter this boutique because you just may be invisible. I said hello when I walked through the door with my daughter in tow. I was asked if I needed anything? No just looking. The clerk then continues her conversation with her white customer laughing and giggling and clearly enjoying her presence in the shop. I later moved closer in an attempt to get the clerks attention but her vested interest in her white peer was apparently much more worthy of her time. I literally stood there and counted to ten, silently in my head. I begin to exit and she encourages it by saying have a good day. I am clearly invisible. The irony is her attention was centered around someone who is selling their clothes. Not my black face who was interested in your bags...oh well I think I would've have made a good client. I guess I'm too brown. I had to teach my little one how to be a good shopper in the vested interest of equality.

I just got my first Louis Vuitton purse and I couldn't be more satisfied with the customer service and the quality /condition of the bag. Super easy and professional. Will DEFINITELY do business with Byrd again!
