They've been great! I love the bike I purchased there, as well as all of the great parts, service, and expertise I have encountered at Bworks.
Aside from my personal experiences as a retail consumer, they do WAY more than that. Their community programs have lasting impacts on people of all ages.

We love BWorks!! We have used them to purchase bikes, repair bikes, and the Learn to Ride program. The staff are amazing, knowledge full, and extremely kind. It’s a great organization!

Donated a bike & picked up a used jersey while there. They have a large variety of used, reconditioned bikes for sale along with a lot of used bike accessories.
