Always professional service from the ladies and gentlemen that serve us in the post office. They don't have the easiest job and many people walk out when they see a line but I am always gonna wait in line. The post office is an American institution and we need them to know they are appreciated. If you don't have the time to wait a few minutes in line, drive your own packages and letters to wherever you want them to go! These folks work hard!!

I wish I can give a negative stars. Every time I go in there I get yelled at. Tawanda refused to to help me because there I had 10 media mails to send out. She said I had to sit and will help me whenthe post office is empty .

I have had multiple smooth transactions with this company. I like how they give you clear instructions about what to do with my device before shipping. Very easy to understand and it’s normally confusing to me.

Much like all of the other reviews, very poor service. Tawanda in particular was rude and unhelpful. She spoke to me like I was an idiot and her response to a simple question was a sarcastic one. when I tried to clarify, she restated her sarcastic remarks and added more.

This is literally the worst post office in all of St. Louis county. The employees are rude, lazy, and provide the worst customer service. I'd give zero stars if I could.

If you mail a letter through this post office, it's likely it will get lost. Unreliable!!!

The workers at this post office are arrogant and completely unhelpful. We ordered an additional PO Box key on 2-8-23. After going in 3 times to ask where are key is, they still haven't given us one. Today is 3-23-23.

By far the worst post office I've ever been to. Lazy and uneducated staff. Every time I go in it is always so much more difficult then it has to be.

Terrible service. I made a passport appointment and it was confirmed. I received a call 1 hour before my appointment telling me that they couldn't "do my appointment because there was no one there". When I asked when they could get me in next, the lady rudely replied and told me that I would have to figure that out. I would never recommend this location. Horrible customer service.
