Brentwood Forest has hired a DJ to play at the pool on weekends. Incredibly loud. You will hear the music/bass from INSIDE your unit all day on these days. I have called the cops twice but no changes.

Exterior maintenance is terrible and lifeguard takes her job way too seriously. Aside from that the board does not care about owners and will do whatever the choose whether it raises HOA fees or not.

Association has no care for the safety of members in the neighborhood.

Very unprofessional front desk. This is not my first time having a negative experience with them (whom I only interact with bi-yearly or less), but by far the worst. We were auto paying our association fees every month and the association raised it $30, so over the course of 6 months we were behind $150 in condominium fees and accrued $150 in late fees on one of the properties we manage (note, we did not pay late, we just underpaid the balance). I called to talk about balance due and to catch up on payment after they raised association fees and I was greeted by Stacy who was incredibly rude and passive aggressive as soon as I asked about waiving the late fees because of the misunderstanding (seriously, imagine calling and they elevate a conversation into an argument immediately). She wouldn't budge an inch and immediately became hostile as I mentioned the late fees. Because she was so rude I asked to speak to a manager, Kent who at least spoke to me reasonably, but was equally unhelpful. I explained that it was an oversight that we did not increase our auto payment and we would correct our balance immediately and asked them to waive the late fees. They did not care and said their they have own costs of sending out notices. What an absolute joke of an explanation. I cannot believe these people work in customer service. They didn't call or notify us, it wasn't until we received a statement in the mail six months later that we were aware of this issue. Zero understanding and it really shows their priorities, we won't be doing any additional business with this company as a small local business.

Love our condo. But the association and members of the office have zero respect for anyone in the neighborhood. Multiple women on our street were harassed by specific men in the neighborhood and nothing was ever done. Multiple women had to move out due to safety fears.

We have had issue with the handrail going up to our porch for at least 6 months. We were told that the ironwork guy has had health issues and the rail would be fixed when he gets over his illness. In the meantime someone came out and bolted the top of the rail to the post which was still not very sturdy. Fast forward about 3 weeks ago, the bottom of the railing rusted all the way through and the hand rail was teetering with just the temporary bolts on top. Someone came to out to paint the reserved spot in front of our condo and my husband approach him and asked if they would mind fixing the rail. The man walked over to the rail and shoved it down into the bottom brace with it just barely holding and left. I guess he thought it was fixed good enough. I just left Kent a voicemail letting him know that if my elderly neighbor falls down the stairs due to the handrail, that she has stated she would sue them. She would absolutely have a case and we would be more than happy to back her up if that should ever happen. What does I take to get someone over here to fix this issue. If the iron guy is still ill then it is time to find someone who can take care of this before someone gets really hurt.

Deck Building Project Photos. It's a pleasure to work with knowledgeable Staff who has the best interests of the Condo Association Members at heart. The added benefit for me is also using quality lumber, tools, and following building codes for everyone's safety!

Very low-budget. These aren't condos. These are overpriced apartments. You can get far more bang for your buck elsewhere. I'm not sure why anyone would purchase a property here. It's suitable for young renters, but it's certainly not worth the price. Disappointed.

Great place to live if you are younger! Nice area and the neighborhood is very friendly. Unfortunately, if you need any assistance from the Brentwood Forest offices...good luck. They are rude and very passive aggressive. Very disappointing experiences.
