Just like Energy Express Phillips 66 across the street, this BP location has become a significant problem for the neighborhood and those who choose to fill up their gas tanks. Its neglect has turned it into a magnet for homeless individuals, who loiter around the property day and night. The lack of upkeep and attention from the owners has led to an unsafe environment that attracts negative activities.
Local residents and business owners, including a nearby event venue, are increasingly frustrated with the situation. Yet the business owners have done little to address the issues or take responsibility for their impact on the community and their employees.
While we all sympathize with the challenges faced by the unhoused community, the lack of a proper response from this business has only exacerbated the problem. It's time for the owners to step up.

They are always friendly and will deal with my huge order every time I come in, and no one ever made me feel bad for filling up the counter. Never once have I felt out of place with any different people from all walks of life. Normally, I stay far away from STL. But anytime I need gas. I cross the river, i drive a pickup truck now, and I need to save as much as I can, and this is the station I always go to! Thank you all for being so welcoming of everyone who comes into your store and making it pleasant to come back every time.

This gas station came to the Soulard neighborhood and built a fancy gas station with a car wash for themselves, but they left the outer car wash wall on 7th street (a main road) looking like an abandoned building . Selfish and an ugly eyesore for the beautiful historic neighborhood. It looks terrible. I thought maybe they had a plan to remedy this because they’ve been there for a long time now. But, no! I refuse to get gas there And I’m not alone!!

just got gas there and after my card was scanned, the pump automatically selected premium gas for me. if I didn't notice, would have filled my car up on premium. has happened twice now, so not sure what kind of games this place is playing, but this could really hurt someone that doesn't have a lot of money.

They are open inside yet will not provide access to the restroom. Which is especially ignorant when it just snowed and half the city is shut down yet you have all wheel drive and are work as an Uber driver.

One of the most well-run brick 'n mortar establishments in the city! A magnificent group of very attentive employees, CLEAN facility, and the place is upbeat with music in the background - even at the pumps. There's much to be said in today's day and age for a thorough approach to running a business that caters to The Customer. This is that place.

The attendants are almost always polite and helpful the store seems clean ans the car wash is great, with free vacuums. Always lower priced gas. I seen a sign for a monthly membership as well to the car wash. That area needed a car wash. Generally a pleasant place with good priced gas and a great car wash.

I don't come here much but every time there are cars parked in the handicap spots. A Jeep and a van. Plus 2 others. I recognize the van. Assuming employee cars. One of the cars was even parked in the striped area between the handicap spots. I did not see any place for a person in a wheelchair or that has trouble walking to get up on the curb (ramp) to get in the store. That's just not right.
