That boost Mobile was the worst one I've ever been to I was rushed out and was told I had to have identification and I've been paying with auto pay for the past 6 years and I gave the lady working a $20 tip to transfer everything over from phone to phone and she said it was time for her to get off and she had to leave but should be in the next day which she wasn't

I would give this store a zero if I could. I have never in my life dealt with such arrogant, rude, unhelpful shady people in my 42 years of life. I could go on for days but I'll shorten it up I only had boost for one month and I never got to complete one phone call to the end the phone's never worked I took back two phones on the third phone they wouldn't let me take it back and it was broken as well. The same thing was wrong with all three phones and the uneducated worker at the store could not tell me what it was and I couldn't even return this phone and it was within the 7 days. He wouldn't give me his managers name or number. And I also called customer service and they may have seemed nice but none could help me I probably called 50 or more times. Then to top it off my bill was not what it was suppose to be. I switched to save money but got s*****d and lied to and they won't let me get my number or unlock my sons phone which he paid cash for and they never told us that he had to keep their service for 12 months which wouldn't have been an issue if my phone even worked at all. At one point he even changed my number and didn't even tell me. Everytime I went to the store it was at least an hour and a half. I use my phone for work and have almost lost my job because of these issues.

Back in May, one of the workers call himself helping me transfer my phone service from a different phone company as well as, activating my new phone. But after that happen, I couldn't make or receive any phone calls but was able to text message and use the data. When I took it back to them, another guy only put another Sims card into the phone but that didn't work either. As a result, I had to a switch to a different phone company and get a new phone number which I was not intended to do.

Don't waste your time because I got a Moto G Stylus 5G and I can't get calls and the guy who refuses to give me his name and I can't get a working phone so instead of helping you said go to another carrier

The gentleman working today 3/18/23 11 am was absolutely amazing. Boost almost lost me as a customer from the Fenton location. He was fast, efficient and very helpful. Worth giving other locations a chance even if there is bad service in Fenton. He was amazing !!!! He deserves a raise! ?

Alicia...... the most helpfull and courteous rep that we have ever dealt with, this young lady is so concerned with making sure that you phone is working properly and you are satisfied with the service that she acually gave my wife her personal contact info , so that if she had any more problems with her phone that she would try to take care of it on her own time after buisness hours. In a day where customer service is almost non-existent it was refreshing to work with Alicia. She exemplifies customer service, if the company would follow her lead they could be the number one carrier out there.

Sat in store and watched 3 members help one person.. Got out and left to wallyworld and found better and was helped instantly..
