OK. This post is loong overdue. Tyler was such an amazing concierge. I can't remember going into an establishment here, and someone was working that wanted to work. Friendly, respectful, kind, but more important, knowledgeable in the products. Good job sir. Thank you.

So I bought a phone this past weekend to replace my old iPhone, the new phone had a nice screen but was very buggy, I called Boost Mobile CS to see if I can return the device, I was told I had 7 days from Date of Purchase to return. Cool. I go to the store the next day, explain the situation, employee tells me they don’t accept returns, it says so in the receipt. I show them the receipt (7 days), they explain it’s only for accessories. I ask to speak to the manager, they called him and spoke to him, he told them to tell me no refunds and read the receipt (which after I read to him, he denied it, told me not to bother him again and hung up. I told them to call the manager again and let me talk, when they passed me the phone the manager was so disrespectful, talking to me in a condescending tone and telling me to leave the store. I called customer service to explain the treatment and the employees call the manager. Who magically said they would do a refund if I hung up. I explained it to customer service. I got my money back after going through an arm and leg and being disrespected because they don’t want to do a return.I wouldn’t recommend going here, they also charged me the $7 insurance fee after I told them I didn’t want it. Bad business practices make good money, but you lose customers and respect of your clients

George is a total people person, my mom had a problem with her phone not charging, a previous salesperson tried to sell her a new phone, but George checked the cord and plug piece, turned out to be the cord! Thanks George ?

For the people who hate reading detailed reviews, here ya go - If you want great customer service from a Boost Mobile store, this is the one! Totally worth it even if you drive past 4 other Boost stores on your way to this one.. Darius was phenomenal! We were the only customers in the store most of our time there and even though I'm sure he was extremely bored, he welcomed us warmly and his positive energy was great. He answered all of my questions and walked me through an issue I was having with restoring my backed up photos. He gave me the locked wifi password even so I was able to restore all 2800 photos I previously had since he knew that would take a lot of data. All around I could not have asked for a better sales associate in any category. ALSO, I brought my easily to get bored 4 year old with me and Darius immediately got the stores "Plinko" game that was on the counter and set it on the floor for my son to play with it. He packed him a bag up of all goodies that I'm assuming he didn't win ? and even gave him a REALLY nice backpack with school supplies+water bottle inside! Definitely kept my son entertained so I could focus completely on our conversation. I truly hope his management notices what a great employee they have on their team because when it comes to Boost Mobile stores, even just "good" employees are far and few.. very few.
