I'm not a regular customer at this location but everytime I visit the store I feel like I'm at home, everything is well explained when you're not knowledgeable about certain devices/ specs etc

I wish I could give this place a lower rating. I bought my mom a bluetooth headset but it stopped working after three weeks. My mom went there and asked if they could exchange it, but they said without the receipt "their hands were tied". I went back with her to try to explain what happened and still they said that they could not exchange it. My mother is a 65 year old woman, she and I are not trying to cheat anyone. I came back the next day to speak with the owner who was not there that day and he was rather belligerent and disrespectful. They do not serve the community that they are in. It is poor business to sell a product that is defective and then not take it back. And I am sure that they do not respect the people that live in this neighborhood. I would not shop there again, and if you do SAVE EVERY RECEIPT because you never know if one of their products will stop working. Mother: Please note that I later presented information from my son's credit card statement showing that the item was purchased from them and the exact amount paid. By then, they just said, "No". An older gentlemen offered another set for half price. By then, I just felt I no longer wanted to do business with them or Boost Mobile again. Apparently their Customer Service and products are below par in my opinion.

This is my go to store the guys there are super friendly and very helpful. Anytime i have a problem they always help me out. Keep up the Great job guys!!
