Chedhan was very helpful. Patient and knowledgeable. I like the selection of cases he showed me as well. I get quite tense when it comes to my phoneabd he made me feel very calm. Will definitely refer this location. Not all are the same

PhoneI need a phone asap went to boost , the salesman was great helped pick out a phone an work his magic, had a hard time trying to get my password to work. He got it. He was great hope he stays. Went Friday evening. Very happy,, thank you so much.

The young woman working the closing shift this evening needs a pay raise! My brother and I went in there this evening to get him a new phone and plan. She was the best Boost representative that anyone could ever ask for. Very helpful and professional. I wish I could have interactions with good people like her everywhere.

Bought a SIM card for my iPhone. It was not activated. They reactivated it. Still not working. When asked for a different SIM card they said it was $10.Paid for a service and left with no service and they could not help. Went to another store and it was resolved.

I'm here on Saturday at 10:15 to pay my bill. Says they open at 10 yet no one is inside and store is still closed. I swear this has got to be the worst boost mobile. Never in my life have I had such I tough time trying to pay the bill. If there store isn't closed for lack of workers, then when it has workers they are gone for an hour lunch with a sign in the door, what a joke
