Originally my husband and I were attempting to get an easy wireless fix and that was unhelpful. A few doors down boost mobile was playing some awesome music and had a tent outside on a gorgeous sunny day. The vibes were welcoming and we just walked on over. We were met immediately by an amazing lady named Aldrin who offered all the current promotions, she also offered resolutions to help aid both of us in getting a phone due to having trouble getting one formyself. She was completely sweet, knowledgeable and kind. Accomodating and friendly. Offeted us beverages and helped with any issues we had. She was absolutely terrific and professional! Such a lovely and helpful person that is very good at selling!

Apparently they got rid of their best salesperson, Jason, and refused to divulge which store they moved him to. By they I mean the district manager who identified herself by first name only as DeLana, who let me know immediately that she could care less about customers that Jason has taken well care of for the last 2 years and refused to honor the solution to the issue with my tablet that Jason had told me he could take care of but they were out of tablets the day I came in. I gave her my name and asked her to call Jason but all she did was write my name down and then refused to call him. I've left other reviews online and always gave this store the highest marks and compliments, but my experience today doesn't even deserve a single star but unfortunately I can't leave less than that. For a district manager to act this way is not only an extremely bad look for Boost Mobile as a whole, but I can promise that my family and I will never be back to this store and will be canceling all six devices and going with a different cellular provider. Her response to this was a snarky "ok, bye!" and laughed while walking away. This lady will run this store into the ground I promise and as a district manager likely every store that she overseas. As I mentioned I've been a customer of boost for 2 years and in one single day she is destroyed not only my opinion of this company but also of her management abilities. I can tell you one thing, if she worked for me she'd be standing in the unemployment line tomorrow because you do not treat customers that way-especially as a district manager!! Absolutely unbelievable...

I was just reading through some of the negative reviews and I just had to say something because I have had nothing but outstanding service from this store, especially the manager. The person who left the review below referring to the mgr as "she" is obviously not talking about the right person bc the mgr is a guy (Jason?) and he is awesome. He's helped me activate new and used devices several times and always got it done even when other people couldn't figure it out. The man knows what he's doing which is why I go there. He also has replaced my tablet for free before after I broke the charging port and didn't have any money. (Thanks again, you're the best!!)

I paid for 2 phones an services for same price as regular price and they tried to say that I have 12 months for it to be unlocked. Scam. All boost mobile phones are locked!!!
