Had a wonderful experience at Bonobos recently.
Marlow was outstanding. He was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely friendly the entire time. He walked me through trying on what felt like a million things to dial in the exact fit, and once we had the size figured out he pulled together some sharp combinations I never would have picked on my own. His eye for style is legit. Start to finish, this was a top tier experience. Highly recommend.

Associates were friendly and helpful in finding a suit, however, the fitting process ended up being a waste of time as the suit that was delivered fit nothing like what was tried on in store. I don’t know if it was a quality/manufacturing or measuring issue, but a frustrating experience either way.

I recently visited Bonobos in search of a particular blazer. Amy was incredibly helpful, assisting me with sizing and ensuring the perfect fit. I placed an order for the blazer and have previously enjoyed online shopping experiences with them. The in-store experience was delightful, and the staff were exceptionally helpful. I look forward to returning to Bonobos and continuing to enhance my wardrobe.

While I have ordered Bonobos online, my visit to the Central West end was my first to a Bonobos shop. The visit greatly exceeded my expectations.I decided to go in person because I have had mixed luck ordering online and understanding how various pants fit me; some times lucking out and finding a fit I love, and sometimes finding the rise too long or too short, the width below the knee too loose or too tight.The gentlemen that helped me, Marc D. and Patrick M. were very friendly and welcoming. But more importantly, they knew the five size patterns that their pants come in and helped me find the perfect fit for several pairs of pants and few shirts.Very gratifying in-store experience that would not have happened had I kept guessing online.

I'm particularly picky on pants and how they fit. Patrick was awesome in helping me understand the process over the phone and Manny worked with me in store trying on different sizes and fits until we found the perfect one. They also provided information on businesses Bonobos partners with in the area for alterations. Pants came super fast. I must say, I am very pleased. Will be buying a pant in every color I want.
