While I have ordered Bonobos online, my visit to the Central West end was my first to a Bonobos shop. The visit greatly exceeded my expectations.I decided to go in person because I have had mixed luck ordering online and understanding how various pants fit me; some times lucking out and finding a fit I love, and sometimes finding the rise too long or too short, the width below the knee too loose or too tight.The gentlemen that helped me, Marc D. and Patrick M. were very friendly and welcoming. But more importantly, they knew the five size patterns that their pants come in and helped me find the perfect fit for several pairs of pants and few shirts.Very gratifying in-store experience that would not have happened had I kept guessing online.

I'm particularly picky on pants and how they fit. Patrick was awesome in helping me understand the process over the phone and Manny worked with me in store trying on different sizes and fits until we found the perfect one. They also provided information on businesses Bonobos partners with in the area for alterations. Pants came super fast. I must say, I am very pleased. Will be buying a pant in every color I want.

Doug was tremendously helpful to my son, who will soon be graduating from college. Doug expertly sized my son for different types and styles of clothing, and provided many tips on dressing for different professional situations. Clothing at this store is great for young professionals- very nice quality and not too expensive. Recommend this shop most highly!

I stopped in to this Bonobos while visiting from Southern California hoping to elevate my wardrobe. I know VERY little about clothes and style...luckily, Mr. Doug was here to get me set up. I tried on a plethora of choices, Doug worked with me on sizing and fit for a lot of the items. Needless to say, my wardrobe has been updated and looking slick. Now, I can order new clothes and all of my sizing is on file! I would recommend this experience to most everyone, especially if you're stylistically challenged. Thanks Doug Ong!

Went to Bonobos to get my husband and his wedding party suits for our wedding. When we originally went they were out of stock of a lot of sizes, but assured us that they would be restocked in time for our wedding. That was a lie and my husbands sizes were never restocked. We needed up having to get the wrong sizes and spend more money to get them altered. They we're totally unhelpful in the entire process and acted like they had no clue how to do anything. A few of his groomsmen had to do the same. In addition, the girl who ran the store we went to was on vacation around the time of our wedding, and the person taking her place knew nothing about how to track our orders and was so unhelpful. Very disappointed with this experience considering we bought 11 suits in total and an outfit for my fiancé for the rehearsal dinner.

Absolutely with out a doubt the very best men's suiting store in St.Louis. Amazing attention to design and details. Impeccable services from the staff. Is it expensive? Yes, but it's the BEST.

Ordered a jacket in the store. Looked nice. FedEx lost it. Bonobos hasn't responded to emails or phone calls about the lost jacket and I can't get a refund, now I'm out $150 and I have no way of getting my jacket. The number to the store goes straight to voicemail and the 800 number they left hangs up automatically. Pretty bad service. I'd say skip it, unless you like throwing money away.
