I haven’t seen such poor customer service in quite some time. After my interaction today with the branch MANAGER at this location I was frustrated not only with the lack of outcome, but the utter disrespect I was treated with was shocking. Any other employee would have been fired for treating a customer the way I was treated today.BMO has been a great bank and every one else that I have interacted with in the BMO network have been extremely polite and helpful. If you are looking for a good experience DO NOT go to this specific location!

BMO as a bank is fine but the branch manager at this location, Alketa, is a smug and condescending person who is completely inflexible and unwilling to help customers. Because I’ve been a customer for only a short time she was adamant on not helping me with my request. Thankfully a branch manager at another location had a solution for us and was willing to help. Alketa’s attitude and tone almost made us pull our accounts today and go with a different banking institution. Steer clear of this branch if you intend on banking with BMO.
