Go to the ATM on Lindenberg if it comes to depositing cash thru atm. This place is just stupid. Only taking one cash bill at a time, sometimes won’t read Franklins.

I would give this branch less than one star if I could. The general customer service number is not working properly so I called the closest branch to my office to get the payoff for an auto loan. I was told by the woman that answered the phone that she did not have that information. I ask her if I came in with a check to pay off the loan could they give me a payoff. She said yes, but it wouldn't include late fees, I asked for that amount over the phone so I could print a check; she repeated that it wouldn't include late fees. I said there would be no late fees (my credit is perfect). Her response was GREAT!, and she hung up on me without giving me an amount. THIS BANK OFFERS HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, AVOID AT ALL COST.

I've been with BMO since they acquired my previous bank, Southwest. Excellent customer service always.... even at this branch. I've been coming to this branch since I moved into this area in 2018. They are up front about costs or anything they are unable to do for you. I trust them very much.

ATM cash deposits take 2 days to post? Error on my part cost me a returned car note, & $36 fee even though it was still pending when I put cash in account thru ATM (because I work 50 hours a week!) so the personal banker says she can give me half of the Fee back as a courtesy. Even though I told her it was my car note, and now I'm $18 short- she says , it's a courtesy. Lady, it's been a rough couple months and I'm short because my husband isn't working. I never over draw my account. She says I'm giving you half back, I've went beyond policy. Oh thanks. Thanks a lot. Closed Account- & she still don't care that they are losing a customer over $18. Ridiculous.

Worst bank in history. Staff if rude an incompetent especially the bank manager Vicky Mcdondald. Total useless. Do yourself a favor and bank elsewhere
