Cydney Johnson was incredible. She was extremely friendly and was able to resolve my issue within 5 minutes of my arriving at the branch. I have had bad experiences with BMO’s online banking and calling their customer service number, but in branch bankers like Cydney are great. She deserves a raise.

Customer service was okay but they charge you $10 to cash a check if you are not a customer. That seems a little excessive!
