Jay is always cool, calm, and collected - even when dealing with stressfull people or situations. He and his colleagues at the Zips Carwash in Overland, Missouri are always professional and courteous. I definitely recommend this location, mainly because of the employees. They all deserve a raise - keep up the good work!
