This is the worst pharmacy I've ever had to deal with. I signed up for automatic refills. They still don't get my medications to me on time and I still have to call and remind them to fill my prescriptions. I can't even count the times I've ran out of medications and have had to call them to remind them to send it. Then they tell me it will take two weeks to get it to me. Avoid this pharmacy at all costs. I'm in the process of getting all of my families medications switched to my local pharmacy. It's going to cost me more but its will be worth it to not have to deal with this place ever again.

Random charges on our cards because they can't bother to call patients and let them know they need a prior auth. They just run it cash price and ship it, charging your card with no way to tell them you'd like a print Auth started or that you don't want the rx at that price. Here's a big clue: when someone has $0 prescriptions for MONTHS then suddenly two new rx are 28 and 46 dollars respectively, BASIC CUSTOMER SERVICE says to call them and let them know.I worked pharmacy myself for several years as did my husband (both different companies). Have never seen such blatant disregard for patients.

No other choice because of insurance. More frustrating because I have a Pharmacist in the family who would never make patients wait 2 weeks OR LONGER for refills. BJC - you can do better.

Only use this pharmacy if you enjoy zero communication and want to wait 10-14 days for a refill. The refill reminders do not work. I am stuck with this pharmacy because of the insurance my job offers. They do not care. I would give zero stars if it were an option.

It takes 2 WEEKS to get your meds. Why does it take 2 weeks to fill a bottle and ship it?? Heaven forbid life gets busy and you forget to call in your script in time. When I use their automated system for refills there is no confirmation email to follow up saying my prescription is processing. I don't get an email for about 10 days finally saying it has shipped. I have no idea when I'll get my meds. It is unsafe how slow this pharmacy is.

I wish there were more options for BJC employees. This pharmacy does not care about patients. They know they have patients who do not have medications that they depend on to save their lives, indicate to them that they will fill them quickly and then wait almost a full week to fill them. If you have any other choice for where to fill your medication, go there.

It’s unsafe how long patients have to wait for a medication to be filled and there is no alternative option to get something refilled urgently. Employees are rude and have no empathy. This place is a mess and embarrassment to the BJC organization.

If I could give 0 stars I would. They have been “working” on my scripts for a month. The first error was my own- no $$$ in the bank so I corrected that. However. Today I called to see what day pills have been mailed out on and they have not. They are on “day 4” of processing. I am on day 30 or NO MEDS. Staff there may as well say “oh well” because that is the attitude. I can go elsewhere and “start over “ next month. This is the stupidest service I have ever seen. Easier??? No way. And before anyone says “ well , you should have planned better…. Please save it. Thanks

There are no words to describe how inconvenient and frustrating this system is!! As employees we have no choice but to use this pharmacy. I called in a refill on 6/23 before my family went on vaca, so that when we got home we would not be without meds. The insurance would not pay until 6/29 so today (7/11) I called to inquire and they haven’t even filled it yet. Now the mail takes 7-10 days. ?

Worst pharmacy experience. They want you to order medications 14 days in advance which is ludicrous. The medication that works they will not cover it. They make is so harder to get meds from other pharmacies in case of emergency. I wish they had a better system

The website is not user friendly and a waste is computer space. Medications with refills available don't have a refill button, processing takes longer than 2 weeks causing me to go without medication. THIS IS A HUGE PROBLEM. You get charged more to pick them up from the local pharmacy.

I requested my refill 2 weeks ahead of time. I'm now going on 3 days without my diabetic meds. Sure hope they come tomorrow.

An absolute s*** show. They tried refilling my controlled substance prescription for 100 days when it was a 30 day prescription. Told me my insurance no longer covers my medication when in fact that is NOT true. There’s no auto renewal option and they require 14 days to refill something that’s only a 30 day prescription so I’m calling my doctor every two weeks. An absolute nightmare to work with. I wish they’d do better.

They won't read this or care, but: this company is a nightmare to work with. One, their site says to use a different link that doesn't work. Two, it's extremely inconvenient to use a mail order shipping when my partner works at the hospital where we could just use the hospital's pharmacy. Instead, that would cost us several times more or completely out of pocket (that's absolutely beyond ridiculous.) Three, they SENT MY MEDICATION TO THE WRONG ADDRESS. Cherry on top of the completely incompetent cake.I repeatedly check to make sure the address is correct. Apparently they couldn't afford me the same courtesy. So now I don't have my critical medication and will be forced to pay out of pocket anyways. Unbelievable and unacceptable. If they weren't contracted with BJC, they would be gone in a year with this level of incompetence.

How can a mail order pharmacy not have an auto renewal option for refills?
