Update: got a call from Christy at the Glendale location. She’s awesome, totally made things right and then some! Go see her for your shoe needs!!!Bought a rather expensive pair of Birkenstock sandals a little over a year ago. Normal seasonal wear, not everyday. They’ve broken. Rep at the store says that’s “common and a year of seasonal wear is normal for a hundred dollar pair of sandals”. So just a heads up, don’t expect more than a year of occasional use for your money here.

I just purchased shoes and inserts from Henry. Couldn't have gone any better. He is chill, knowledgeable, and patient. The others there seem like they are great employees also.

Never order from this store for an item to be shipped! We ordered a pair of sandals for my husband that was deployed to be sent to him overseas, paid in store and he NEVER received the sandals and now we’re out $135! I was sent a fraudulent tracking number from the vendor of this store his name is Scott.. they never made it right. I would never shop at this third party store ever again and I suggest if you are a soldier definitely don’t shop here if they don’t have them in stock! You will NOT receive your merchandise!

I was visiting St. Louis when someone decided they liked my 20+ year old Bostons more than me.I called, and asked if my size was in stock. The nice woman told me they have them, then she proceeded to tell me the store hours, and she was setting them aside for me. I showed up, and bought the new Bostons. Wonderful experience I will only buy birks when I'm in St. Louis, and experience the great customer service I've received here. Thank you for a painless purchase.

I don't normally write reviews, especially about shoes, but my recent experience at this store was very inspiring and not at all what I was expecting. I can't thank the staff enough for their help. My wife and daughter have worn Birkenstock shoes for many years. I never considered the brand as I thought they were just for women, and most likely a marketing thing. They told me that wasn't the case and informed me that they had shoes for men. At their prompting, I went to the store to get a pair of comfortable walking shoes that I could easily slip off and on to take casual walks of 1-3 miles. The staff asked me several questions about my needs and matched me with the correct shoe. It's been 2 months and I could not be happier with my choice. Performed exactly as they predicted they would. Fast forward to two days ago, when I called the store to ask about an insert that would help prevent hot-foot during my long bike rides. This problem presents its self at about a distance of 25-30 miles and is very painful. My research showed that this is a relatively common issue with older cyclists. The main cause is poor circulation in the foot due to inadequate support at the ball of the foot. I could not find inserts at my local bike shop that were designed for this particular area of the foot, so I called this store. The folks at the shop knew exactly what I was talking about and showed me two different options. I selected one and tried it out yesterday. Started out wanting to do 30 miles but wound up doing 40 because my feet were not nearly as sore or burning. I will continue to monitor this performance but so far I am elated with the results. I highly recommend this store

I went to Birkenstock & More to buy my son his first pair of Birkenstocks. They had many many beautiful & unique women’s styles in all kinds of colors in styles. Additionally, they had quite a few options for men in both sandals & closed toed shoes. Colleen the store manager was incredibly helpful in finding the exact right sizing for my son. She even offered to mail us a pair if we didn’t find what we needed in stock. Luckily they had his right size & preferred style. I highly recommend!!

Maybe they should just sell online? Out of sizes in various styles and not helpful with options of what was available. Do they really measure your foot to find a good fit? 4 customers were in the store an hour and half before close, we were all just gruffly asked, what is your American size? I could get better service at a Payless.

My mom was in need of a new pair of Brooks but was not able to come into the store. The store manager, Colleen, went out of her way to send us pictures of what was available as well as provide thorough information about each shoe. My mom was able to pick out the perfect pair and Colleen had them shipped in a jiffy. It was so nice to be treated so well and be given such wonderful personal customer service - a rarity these days. We will most definitely shop again at this lovely boutique.
