The customer service here is outstanding.If you want old fashioned customer service this is the store to go to.

I just purchased shoes and inserts from Henry. Couldn't have gone any better. He is chill, knowledgeable, and patient. The others there seem like they are great employees also.

Miraculously they were able to replace my now discontinued favorite pair of Birkenstocks that disappeared when I was at the ER last month.I am so happy.
