I called for an appointment for a wheel alignment it took two weeks to get the car in. the car had ju passed the safety and emiss test earlier that week ie two day ago they kept the car from 9:00 in the morning until 4:30 only to call me and say they couldn't align the car because it needed upper and lower tie rods @ $ 1300. I paid $ 150.00 for an inspection that I didn't ask for and didn't get anything done that I that I went there fo...NEVER AGAIN!!!!!

Sad that I don't own a BWM at the moment. Bimmers R Us was always a good and fair provider in the maintenance and repair of my M3. Miss the car, most of all, but also knowing I had a partner in anything related to my vehicle. Now I have to go to dealers for service, and that is THE WORST.Services: Electrical repair

I brought my 20 year old BMW 325i in because it was leaking oil very badly due to a stripped oil plug from the putzes that last changed my oil. I also had a broken windshield wiper pump that conked out du to age.I dropped the car off early in the morning and by late morning I had a phone call describing the problems, proposed fixes and prices for each one. After giving the go-ahead on the repairs, these guys fixed it up in one day! All of this was done at a VERY fair price!The receptionist, Abby, was very polite and pleasant to deal with. All the staff was friendly and courteous. Abby kept me up to date with my appointment via text messages. It was a great experience and I will be back, I'm sure, as more "old car problems" crop up!

Like many of the other reviews I do have good things to say about Greg the owner and the service writers working up front. They were easy to work with and friendly. Unfortunately the same cannot be said for some of the other employees. After I got my car back I looked through dash cam footage of employees abusing my car while driving it around the local neighborhood. I care about my car a lot and its crushing to see this disrespect. I brought it up with Bimmers R Us and they offered to fix another issue free of charge for the inconvenience, but I declined. The advice I'd give to other people is to buy a dash cam.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Overpriced and unprofessional. Went in for an alignment and a "check up". They checked nothing and tried to sell me a repair I didn't need.

I made an appointment for a inspection on a Thursday. My daughter dropped the vehicle off around 12pm. I spoke to a representative who told me that they may not be able to get to it that day. I was ok with that. They called me Friday and said they new more time to look at it and will keep it over the weekend. I called Monday and they said they needed more time. I drove up to ask why was it taking so long. I was told there was 3 vehicles in front. I asked what was the point of making a appointment if you have to wait 3 days. He tells me that technically I missed the appointment. I tell him that that should of been said once the vehicle was dropped off. He says that he didn’t have to say that. I asked for my car back. I spent 5 days without my vehicle. Horrible customer service.Service: Vehicle Inspection

Their labor is the highest of any bmw service location. 95% of the time they will force you into a service that isn't necessary. I was forced into 5 thousand dollars in service and not 10 minutes later my brand new oem radiator exploded coolant out of it yet the owner promised they ran it til the cooling fan kicked in and verified there were no leaks. After a 5 thousand dollar bill I was stranded 10 minutes from the location and they blamed it on the brand new oem radiator that was replaced 3 months prior to the service. They offered replacement at over 1000 dollars. It's 4 bolts and fluid, then no discount even though I had spent 5 thousand dollars already! Funny story, for spark plug change, it was 800 bucks and they refused to diagnose my car until they changed them. These guys are scam artists. I'd literally go to anyone in the state over them. If you have 10 million dollars to fix your car, they will make sure you have nothing left and guarantee nothing after repair. Please report these guys! They need to be shut down!

Dave and the staff at Bimmers were great to work with. When my car unexpectedly broke down, they worked with me to look at it even though they were booked solid for weeks. I never felt pressured to do anything and they allowed me time to think over their suggestions. They were honest up front about their prices and stayed true to them. I would recommend taking your Mini to them!

I've been waiting to write the review to see if follow up work was needed. And it was and it was handled amazingly. The whole staff down there is friendly and kind and it feels like they actually like the cars they work on. Incredibly knowledgeable and generous with that experience. I've got a 22 year old BMW and these folks have taken great care and consideration for it. Wouldn't bother looking anywhere else. Drive 2.5 hours to go to this shop.

Best dealership for preowned BMWs especially if you’re looking for something unique. Their techs know what they’re doing and get the job done right the first time. Ask for Jack or Greg if you want a nice car at a great price!

My son is studying in the St. Louis area. He was having some cooling problems and a rattle from the rear of his 2006 330i. After doing my research I reached out to Bimmers R Us. Greg the owner answered the phone. He was professional and polite. He said his manager David was with other customers and would call me back that day to schedule my appointment. Towards the end of the day, I got a call. It was Greg. He noticed I had not been called yet and called me himself to help. Imagine that… ownership that cares. Shortly after dropping off the car, David called me. The team did a very detailed evaluation and was able to identify several things that needed attention. OH NO but wait. He actually talked me through each issue and help me prioritize a plan of action. Once we agreed on a plan the team was punctual, on budget and maintained excellent communication throughout the job. Today my son is picking up his car and safe to be back on the road. We have scheduled our next appointment and will be using Bimmers R Us for all future auto repairs/maintenance. I very rarely write reviews, but this was worth sharing with others. Finding a trustworthy shop is tough. Finding one that is trustworthy, communicates and does a sound job even more so. I am confident that you will find all these things to ring true with Greg and David at Bimmers R Us. Thanks for keeping my son safe and his car running like new.

I own a 2006 Mini Cooper S and Bimmers R Us keeps it in top condition. I cannot recommend them enough for peace of mind and the joy of driving.
