“Great place for any bike-related thing. People there are kind and supportive. I had a problem with my disk brakes and thought that it's gonna take a long time fix it, but the staff there helped me to solve this issue for a few minutes! I would strongly recommend this shop for anyone.”

“The staff at Maplewood Bicycles is so friendly - they immediately made me feel welcome and valued. It's clear that they all LOVE cycling and helping others enjoy it too. Chris took the time to learn about my bikes' histories and carefully explain what he was looking at and why as he checked them both in for a cleaning and tune-up. I cannot overstate how impressed I (a middle-aged female non-athlete with inexpensive bikes) was to be in a bike shop that didn't make me feel invisible. Most importantly, they did a BEAUTIFUL job on my bikes: they are now safety-checked and in perfect shape for winter riding and next season! I had an excellent experience with Maplewood Bicycles and I recommend their work to everyone, no matter how much or how little you bike.”

“The service was very professional and friendly. Robbie took me in from the moment I walked in the store and explained everything he recommended and why. He was very helpful and courteous. When my 5 year old bike came back it looked brand new! Great service and I will return.”

“We love our bikes, and Bill & Carla have been fantastic! We’re so glad that we bought our bikes through them, as they listened to what we were looking for, got us exactly what we wanted, had us verify that reality met our expectations by testing different models, and then had them ordered, assembled and ready for pick-up for our trip to St. Louis. On top of that, they allowed our son to test one out when we took our for their maiden rides. Great job! Highly recommended! If you’re going to get an electric bike, get a Pedego. When you’re ready to buy a Pedego, buy from Bill And Carla!”

“I was having an issue with my bike’s gearing while I was out in the surrounding neighborhood and walked into A&M for some advice. The staff was friendly, helpful, and took their time to try to diagnose the problem. They made some tiny adjustments to my rear derailleur that seem to be helping, and having them look the bike over made me feel more confident that I could ride it home safely. I will definitely be back next time I need service or repairs.”

“Scott and his team at the bike center went above and beyond whenever I had issues with my Giant Fathom. Thankfully, the issue was covered under warranty, and they got it all sorted and ready for me to use again! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase, or even service their bike!”

“Great shop, they were very helpful. I'm newer to cycling but like to fix stuff myself. They were very accommodating to this and welcoming to their community.”

“Needed saddle posts swapped, and an Alinker rear wheel inner tube swapped. Lacking the tools and strength to do it myself, I went here on my cousin's recommendation. Not only were they able to do it immediately, it only cost $20 and about 10 minutes of labor. They even ensured the rear tire was properly inflated before I left.Excellent service, plus they have shop dogs!”
