Just had our new whirlpool refrigerator delivered and although time will tell if the frig is everything we hoped, we wanted to take the time to compliment the delivery/setup young men. They were polite, careful, and thorough in getting the refrigerator in the house (even taking the front door off its hinges) and when installing the frig in a very tight space. No scratches on our wood floors or to any walls nor to our new fridge. We appreciate the great job they did when we know it isn't always easy to find good help.

Expressing dissatisfaction with the situation, I find it necessary to leave a negative review, which is not my preference. I recently purchased a TV from Best Buy Online as part of a monthly program offered through my job. The delivery process was smooth, and the drivers were communicative, which I appreciated. However, upon setting up the TV, I discovered a crack on the screen. When I contacted Best Buy, I was directed to exchange the TV to the store. What frustrates me most is that this was not a new purchase but a return. It seems the staff rushed through their responsibilities, leading to this inconvenience. Now, I'm left without a TV, as the program I used, Acima, requires resolution on their end before I can obtain a replacement. If only the customer service attendant had taken the time to inquire about my needs and concerns, perhaps this situation could have been avoided. Overall, I am disappointed with the experience and believe that asking relevant questions and understanding customers' requirements could lead to better solutions.

In this instance I was pleased after the holiday after buying the worst low grade connection to windows. You cant really fully take my full review cause I hate windows. I immediately turned the computer to Chrome Flex. While it still had issues is was because of the dates in which I failed to install updates that seemed to take eternity. Bestbuy still took the laptop back. Thanks and as before as I immediately took my weight to the part of buying a new well reopened sample on display. They have become sticklers in reselling open box. A imac for instance 2020 in the open box area that was on display for everyone to play with. Who knows. Then there is no mouse with the purchase and I am sure if you as i know see a lot of people. I still love the geek but I dont want to over pay for a computer that was riden like slu. Anyway, open box purchases are very great buys. You have to know how to restart them fresh after purchase. Who wants someone purchasing a computer to take it back to only leave a trial of adversity. Oh I am just playing around! Best Buy is my first choice in computer purchases cause they inherit the geek inside! Ya! Nameste

Wowzers. I've been in a couple of times, and they didn't have what I wanted. A thumb drive, then Nikon camera. They would help me order online. I can do that myself, thanks.

Best buy in general is horrible, customer service is ridiculous when you can't even reach the store you need and have to go through 10 people to get nothing done and disconnected 3 times. had our washer gouged and scratched and we live 3 hours away, just wanted to talk to management and come to a mutual solution, can't do that when you are on telephone game in India. Can't even contact the corporate office directly. Had the same issue with Samsung direct, tried to purchase washer for over 6 weeks, they had wifes account messed up beyond fixing and finally gave up, thought Best Buy would be better, must be owned by same group. Done with both of them, don't waste your time or money
