If you order for pickup, bring your ID! I almost couldn’t pick up my order because they would not give it to me without seeing my ID, even though I had my order number. Fortunately, I had a picture of my driver’s license on my phone.

My son broke his phone. I went to visit the Geek squad, Nate was a big help they were so pleasant. Josh helped me to pick out a doorbell camera. He was so polite.

I ordered a Macbook from Best Buy thinking they were still considered a reliable retailer of electronics. I was surprised to find that my laptop was never delivered and requested a refund. It has now been several weeks and despite multiple calls and discussions with support on their chat feature, Best Buy has not issued any refund and I have had to dispute the charge through my credit card to try to have my money returned. I would strongly recommend not using Best Buy and sticking with reliable retailers such as Amazon or the manufacturer of the electronics.

The refund appears to finally have been issued. For anyone considering buying through Best Buy, the following timeline may apply to your purchase.
April 21: Macbook purchased with 2 day shipping.
April 23: Package not delivered, instead re-routed back to shipping facility. Refund requested.
April 24-May 7: Multiple calls to customer service. Multiple discussions with support through chat. None able to locate the package or provide the refund.
May 8: Charge disputed through credit card company. Refund issued.
