i have only one suggestion to have the billing and rental payment dates to be prorated on the first initial month, so that a person such as myself living on retirement SSA can keep the locker current through out the entire month, rented on the 22nd day of the month i sometimes could pay 2 months at once, not always though, so by up;dating the billing cycle to enable renter. to keep it current the entire month long, would benefit the automatic payment day to be auto payed on such a certain day of every month. i have rented lockers before in the past and Baumgartner Storage is the cleanest both locker front areas and facility all around than any other, also the lot is lite up well at night and as a woman i feel safe when i access my unit between midnight and 6 am thank you so much for the opportunity to enter the drawing for $100. again thank yoiu

I can truely say that I would recommend anyone looking for a storage place to Baumgartner storage. My situation that forced me to find somewhere ASAP to store all my things and the things that I was forced to take because of being manipulated by a sibling kicking me out of my father's house when I had been taking care of him for 6 years and upgrading his house when I was forced out because of greed. It left me having to find somewhere safe, convienent and secure to pur all my tools and family antiques and such. I went to every place within a 25 mile radius around south county and surrounding areas. Either places were extreme high for such small units or there was never anyone in the office and you had to call to make an appointment to even figure out what they were charging. When I xam in and talked with someone finally at Baumgartner storage after searching bout 30 others I knew pretty much right off the bat that this would be the place to go with. Someone always in the office during most normal hours. The security of the place is nice and secure. Made me worry a lot less each night about my tools and things. It is conviently located and anytime I had questions or needed a little help in understanding I might be a day or two late on one or 2 payments which didn't happen they were willing to work with me a bit. Everything is clean with 24 hour access which no where else I checked had
And that was important for me being a contractor and my need to come in middle of night or really early to get some of my equipment. I 100% recommend this place. I still have a small locker here and can say I won't go anywhere else if I need another one in the future.

Any time there has been a problem, I have been notified as soon as they have detected the problem. The employees have always been helpful, courteous and informative of things happening.

We have stored our RV here for a few years now and it has been a great experience. There have been very few issues and if there is a problem the staff is quick to address it. They take security very seriously and the lot is always clean and organized. Happy to have a nice storage lot close to home.

I have used Baumgartner storage for about 5 years now to store my boat. I have had no problems what so ever. We also rented 2 inside storage rooms for about 2 years until they were no longer needed.
Overall our experience has been Great.
