I love this store! In addition to having practically every battery known the man, they also have a very large selection of hard to find appliance bulbs. The service is to be commended as well because someone is always knowledgeable and helpful when I cannot locate what I need. They also replace batteries after they've located the right one! The cherry on top is they often have fun little gadgets that I cannot resist like keyring flashlights.

Went in for a cracked phi e screen repair. Booked an appointment online. The repair technician Ronnell was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, and my phone repair was fast, easy and priced fairly. I would definitely recommend this location to others!

For my office or my home, they always have the batteries I need to handle computers, UPS, Alarm Systems, hobbies...Great place, great knowledgeable friendly people ! Lots of colored LED bulbs too. My "go to" place for batteries and to recycle old rechargeable batteries too !

I didn't know much about Batteries + until a neighbor asked for a ride to get a new key fob there. Shortly thereafter, I needed a new key fob and got it at Batteries +. Shortly thereafter, the key fob battery failed. Not knowing if it was the new key fob that failed, or the second/original key fob from factory, it was brought to them, along with the receipt for the new key fob. They said it was the original factory key fob, not the one they sold me, but still put a battery in it, for free, which fixed it! That was not expected. I've also had a cell phone battery replaced here, for a competitive price, and it's been working great for over a year, now. Most recently, I decided to get a car battery there. They are made in the usa, and the price is competitive with auto parts stores. All in all, it seems like a nice place to do business with.

I went in today with a major keyfob issue.. the guys were so great. Tom helped me . He fixed my problem and installed my battery and got me on the road.... I can't say enough nice things about their customers service!!! Thanks guys!!!!

Thank God for RON at Batteries Plus! Smart, great sense of humor, and excellent customer service. He juggled multiple customers in a friendly helpful way, while manning the store alone. Great skill and tact. Then, absolute genius for getting the right tools and info for a new battery install…These new AGM batteries for “autostop” GMC and Chevy vehicles. Buried deep under plastic chassis and multiple circuit connectors. Not your father’s 12 volt “drop and go” batteries!High dollar dealership exchange.You saved me a bundle on $ and time. DO NOT GET YOUR PHONE FIXED HERE!!!!!I had brought my phone in for a front and back screen replacement, the back screen lasted 12 days before cracking from a 2 foot drop. This time the crack ended up causing the phone’s battery to not hold a charge and my phone was stuck in a boot loop. The power button was also having issues now as well. The 6 month warranty did not cover physical damage, so they wouldn’t refund me for the back screen. This entire incident costed me 200$ and I also had to get a new phone as well. I would not trust this place with a phone ever again, AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! Zero stars
