Ridiculous hours at this branch that has our safe deposit box. Open M-F from 10-4. How do those hours work if you actually have a job for which you need to be in office? Branch used to have Saturday AM hours; I wish they’d reinstate. I am seriously considering moving our box (and maybe our banking?) because this is so inconvenient.

Worst bank of all time. The reps inside are amazing, super nice. I type this as I stand in line, 20 minutes in. I just need to withdraw over my ATM limit. Why is there one teller on a Friday? Not even two? How cheap is this nasty corporation? I came here, to finally pull all of my money out, and switch banks. This is a joke. Bank of America is horrible, and it always has been. I never wait in line for less than 20 minutes. Not to mention their complicity in some of the world’s worst atrocities. Every single location sucks.

I came in around 2:30 to this location, I won’t be back. The only teller (older black lady) working had an attitude and talked condescendingly to me when I asked simple questions about withdrawing for a cashier’s check. She had no further explanation and got flustered when I asked more questions. Your job is to answer questions, and as a client I found her attitude ridiculous as I don’t work at the bank there’s a reason I’m asking certain questions. Hopefully she can improve her attitude and be more helpful instead of repeating herself like a robot in a condescending manner. This branch should be closed if the tellers can’t do their jobs without an attitude or have someone else who’s capable of answering questions without getting combative

Brooke was extremely helpful in setting up a checking account for my immigrant clients. She was upbeat, kind and most importantly patient. We hit a snag setting up with mobile apps but she called in her manager to help walk us through. Strong recommend Brooke at the Frontenac branch!

I wont say I got bad service at this BOA location only because I got no service. I was greeted at the door which is important to BOA but they only have one teller. I wanted to cash a check but had to wait 20 minutes while the teller explained the process to a customer of if it was better to transfer 100 from checking or savings. Then had to go on to explain whey they needed a driver's license, or passport and not a student ID. The conversation was going to continue so I just left. Usual bad business by BOA who cannot afford to pay more than one employee for customer service.

Met with a notary at this branch. Said he was scanning the notarized paperwork and filing with the bank. Three weeks later, follow-up shows that he did none of this. Says we needed to mail to the bank which we were in. Idiotic! Other branches have not been helpful either. Beware, of this bank!

I came into get a cashiers check, there were two people standing up front greeting customers as they walked in. They asked how they could help me and walked me over to the customer service representative that could assist me. I was in and out within ten minutes. I absolutely love how friendly everyone was.

I have been trying for four months now to close my deceased fathers checking account. The representative has dropped the ball every time I've talked to him (Graeham). I had all the paperwork he needed when I first went to the branch, which now requires an appointment every time you want to meet. He didn't copy it so the next time I came by I needed to supply it again. Then He didn't record my correct contact info so he wasn't able to contact me. Then he had My brother's name as contact and hadn't even met him. He has said he called when he hadn't. Never can get the correct people involved and never get a return call. Always have to Stop by to see the status. I've been by more than a dozen time and still not resolved. Worst customer experience of my life. I would never recomend such a horrible company that has no interest in the consumer.

Worst experience ever. Tellers are rude. Teller explained to customer before me how to unblock credit card to use overseas. He would NOT tell me. He simply pointed to a customer service number card. I wonder: was the other customer more wealthy or the teller was just a rude lazy dude? Very poor customer service. Time to move on….And overall: CLOSE THIS BRANCH. Underworking and unfriendly.

Understaffed. Had to move my accounts as I thought I would lose my mind every time I had to do something at this branch. If you are not going to staff it, close it. (This problem existed pre-COVID.)

They spent all this time branding as being all about customer service & a friendly bank but then they shut down the drive throughs, limited their hours and don’t answer their phones.

It's sad to say that I agree with the majority of people on this review. I literally can only get connected with someone when I log into my business account. I have been with boa for a number of years but im starting to become really disappointed in the services I receive from them. The only reason why im giving them 2 star is because, i understand people have jobs to do and for the most part they are not rude
