My daughter called 3 different banks and NO ONE answered the phones. She tried to call 5 . I just called 6 difference banks and NO ONE answered the phone. That is pretty sad for business

To come in to talk to customer service rep, online scheduling shows no available times for months. Tried calling to schedule repeatedly, no one ever answers.

The facility was really clean. The staff was very friendly.They had two drive up ATMs. Both were functioning properly and they even have another ATM at the front of the building. Plenty of ways to access your account

I just visited this branch today and had a terrible experience. My partner and I were there to deposit a Bank of America cashier's check we received from someone else. The branch manager, Lisa, told us we couldn't deposit the check since we both don't have an account there - my partner does, but I don't. Then, we inquired about cashing the check since we were both present. Lisa refused to cash a Bank of America cashier's check, inquired about our marital status, and attempted to tell us our only option was to establish a joint account if we wanted to deposit OR cash the check. This didn't sound right to me and my partner and I pressed Lisa further. To my surprise Lisa continued to refuse to cash Bank of America's own cashier's check, even if we both presented government ID. We immediately left the branch and called customer service. Bank of America customer service told us that Lisa was wrong and immediately initiated a compliant based on the facts discussed above. Customer service recommended that we visit another branch and assured us that Bank of America was required to cash or deposit the check as long as we were both present and provided government ID. We went to the Lindell location. Thankfully, the teller at that location simply deposited the check as requested after checking our IDs, and told us they would cash the check too, if desired. Unfortunately, based on this experience and the time wasted, I'll never open an account with Bank of America and have recommended that my partner close her account too. Lisa's branch is the closest location to our home, but I never want to do business with a branch manager that doesn't know the basics of how checks work, and attempts to use customers' personal information against them to sell them new accounts. If I could give less than one star, I would. Based on previous reviews, Lisa is a real problem for Bank of America.

They never answer the phone. Impossible to reach a person without going into the bank. Then they are too busy!

I'm glad I can do almost everything online because every time I walk into the lobby they want to throw me in a room with a financial planner who has a whole script and will use sales tactics to push all the other services they offer down my throat. Is it too much to ask that I can make a simple deposit without being treated like a mark?!?

Lisa, the supposed manager, is absolutely horrible. I needed help with a form that only could come from the bank and she would not help, at all. I had to call a financial advisor for Bank of America to get me in contact with ACTUAL helpful managers. I will be meeting with a gentleman in Chesterfield who will help me get all of my paperwork together. He apologized on her behalf, but he shouldn't have had to. Maybe she was having a bad day, but she can't take that out on other people.

WORST BOA BRANCH!!IT STILL STARTS FROM THE TOP OF THE AND SPREADS LIKE CANCER. THE BRANCH MANAGER IS ANGIE GARCIA. SHE DOESN'T EVEN SMILE OR GREET HER CLIENTS HER ENERGY IS NEGATIVE AND SPREADS THROUGHOUT THE BRANCH. I WILL BE FAIR AND SAY NOT EVERYONE HAS BEEN AFFECTED I HEARD NEGATIVE ENERGY. IT SEEMS TO ME IS THOUGH SHE PLAYS PUPPET MASTER WITH THOSE BELOW HER. POOR ROSS. CLEARLY HE'S A NEW YOUNG EMPLOYEE AND WANTS TO DO THE BEST JOB THAT HE CAN SO HE HAS TO PLAY THE MIDDLEMAN AND DELIVER GROOVE MESSAGES FOR HIS BOSS ANGIE.Make sure you prepare a sack lunch when you visit this location because you will be waiting until the next day to speak to someone. And when you do finally get to speak to someone make sure you don't speak with the branch manager Angie or the assistant manager Lisa Stein or one of the bankers Stephen Glover. I haven't even gotten to why I'm saying this.TBC

The bank's system cleared a check for the wrong amount, so we drove to the local branch on Hampton to get it fixed. The teller said she couldn't fix it there, and we would have to call customer service. She gave us a phone number and told us the codes to bypass the automated phone system and get to a real person right away. However, when we got home, the phone number and codes did NOT get us to a real person, and we struggled with the useless automated phone system repeatedly before we finally managed to get connected to a real person. I'm very disgusted with this. Ten years ago, we would have been able to get this resolved by talking to a personal banker at our local branch. They could have at least given us the correct phone number to reach a customer service representative. It's outrageous that they put the burden on us, to fix a mistake that they made, and just pass the buck.

What a great drive thru ATM! I was able to drive up to the ATM in my vehicle and use my BoA card to access my account. I'm sure other bank cards would work as well. The buttons were nice. They are large enough that you can reach over from your vehicle window and press them without making mistakes. If you choose to you can also use the screen to complete your transactions. It's one of those new touch screens machines. I was there to make a withdrawal and the money came out of the bottom slot quite smoothly. It didn't make any unnecessary noises and my dogs, in the back, were not scared or put off by the machine and/or it's noises. The beeps when making selections are at a nice volume. All in all I've been happy with my visits to this ATM machine. It is quite a marvel of engineering to begin with and this machine doesn't disappoint. I don't know about the inside or it's employees. I don't ever go in. Bye!

If i could give them 0 stars i would go 10 below! How unprofessional and disrespectful the staff is here. Yesterday i had called them from 9am to 1pm with no answer so i finally decided to go there, they were disgusting to me because i wanted them to pick up the phone on a company who wanted to verify a cashiers check i had just gotten from bank of trashville. They are disrespectful, unprofessional and by far the worst bank i have ever delt with! Im am taking my money and running to another bank. I have been with them for 24 years now and for them to treat a human being like trash is disgusting. Please please beware do not bank here u will regret every second!

I had a very unpleasant experience at Bank of America in Hampton yesterday. I went there to do an international transfer and got the worst service ever. The financial agent who was assigned to assist me with that, was very rude to me. She raised her voice every time I expressed concern about the transfer process. She almost threw a fit when I expressed concern about whether the information, we were entering into the computer was sufficient for me to send the money. I asked her to double check if we needed more information to make sure the transfer would go through, but she told me she entered the correct information and accused me of now having to start over. It was just about the recipient's account number, which I believe should have been included in the information. The financial agent was very incompetent and did not have enough knowledge of what it takes to do an international transfer. She raised her voice as she kept accusing me of confusing her. Her behavior was very scandalous. I got a terrible headache in this office yesterday. It's terrible when you go to the bank to manipulate your own money and instead of help and advice you get rude treatment. So please, please don't hire staff if they are not trained to be friendly, considerate, and courteous to customers!
