Edin at the front counter was very helpful and had extensive knowledge regarding my diesel VW. He also went out of his way and gave me a referral for his brother skydiving company ‘gatewayskydivingcenter’

Store is quick and accurate with my orders and they’re usually helpful inside, but the atmosphere can be weird when you go in. Older guy seems crabby and a bit prejudiced. My husband mentioned it because he notices how interactions differ between us. Him being white and I’m black, it’s interesting to see how people approach us differently. It’s understandable tho as the area has a lot of homeless and degeneracy.

Highly recommend going here! Edin was so incredibly helpful and went over the top to make sure my car was running well and that I knew what maintenance was needed! He was fast and very knowledgeable and fixed all my problems and answered all my questions! Never had bad service here!

Edin was amazing! He not only replaced my battery and ran a diagnostic for me but he helped me out with a discount too as he knew I was under a strict budget. I live maybe 2 mins away from this location and will continue to come to this location based off the customer experience alone.
