Very rude and unprofessional staff. Lady was disrespectful and wouldn't help. She also said she didn't have enough staff to come outside to do battery test, but few minutes later was sitting out front relaxing.

Worst experience ever. If you want to speak with rude, incompetent employees you should go there. The employee that we spoke to insulted us several times. She insinuated horrible things about my husband based off of his looks. She followed us around the store and made a very awful comment about him being of Mexican decent. They know nothing about cars or parts for that matter. The customer service was absolutely atrocious. The other employee that tried to help was nice but he broke another part on our car.
I know it's St Louis but I really didnt think the lack of professionalism was going to be this horrendous. The employees treated us like we were an annoyance. They didn't want to get up from sitting at their seat and sighed when another customer asked for help. After this unwaranted outright unprofessional experience I will be calling the district manager regarding this incident as I have the encounter recorded.

I've had many great experiences here. Some of the staff members with whom I've had interactions, have been positive. Why did I deduct one star? It's funny: AutoZone seems to attract customers who think it's a repair shop. If they're short staffed on a particular day, you may have to wait in line for a while (to buy wiper blades or headlight bulbs) because some customer is describing their problem and expecting the employee to diagnose it for them. Note to all: AutoZone is not where you get your vehicle fixed! Go to an actual mechanic, or do a Google search, and know what part(s) you need BEFORE visiting!

I just wanted help, with returning a battery, the three employees who helped me had a bad face, they speak to you without courtesy, I hope to never return to that store, and the manager did me worse, terrible service.

Worth calling the number on the back of the receipt. The rude behavior from all employees. To speak about customers like that, you should be ashamed. Most ashamed should be the manager behind the commercial desk. AutoZone likly lost my business all together going forward. She should be terminated

came in for a possible parts need. manager told me to go to a local shop she recommended (which turned out to be great) so I could get it inspected first. She said she didn’t want to rip me off by having me buy a part I wasn’t sure I needed. 10/10, honest, knowledgeable, helpful, good community connections.

Just left this store and Judy - is an amazing asset to this store, she walked me through online ordering. I am 33 years old and the website layout is confusing. Judy truly cares about her job and the guests that come in. If she is not already a manger promote her asap.Updated review — I had Judy helping me place my order online, once I learned that she hadn’t taken a break, I told her I don’t mind being helped by another employee. (Judy is a sweetheart at no point did she say I gotta go on break! I am hungry! She made it her mission to help me. She passed me along to a gentleman he is new to the store John I believe, he came to the conclusion that unfortunately we were running into a technical issue and unfortunately it was outta his hands and he couldn’t accommodate the online promo. He apologized and I truly believe exhausted every option as Judy had beforehand. I got amazing service I was in shock at their willingness to help me. John tried calling the district manger to help me that day but unfortunately there was no answer. John apologized and said if you come back tomorrow we would be happy to assist you once a manger is here. This type of service made me want to buy my products from this exact location!!!! Melissa the manger !!!! Well done today you took care of me, I can only assume that such great employees come from such a great team lead. 10/10 for this store you guys absolutely rock !!!!
