Work done well and on time. All questions answered and issues resolved. For $2K spent, the car could have been cleaned and washed.

Nick was very personable and responsive from the first time I contacted the dealership. I live 900 miles away, and set up the whole purchase of a used vehicle remotely. When I got there, the car was as described, super clean. The paperwork was quick and easy. I can’t speak to the title transfer process yet, but I don’t anticipate any issues. Overall, would recommend them based on my experience.

Had a serious puncture in a rear tire. Got an appointment to service 1 business day out and after they ordered and replaced it all was satisfactory handled and complete by morning if day 3. Typical of my decades of doing business with Autohaus

Five stars from sale to pick-up of our new vehicle. We would not shop any other BMW dealer. We have our cars serviced here and have purchased 20 cars over the years. It is nice to walk into a dealership and be recognized. Superior in every way.

I was always afraid of going to the dealership for help/service but PATTI KUPFER was awesome she’s not just an advisor but she’s saved in my phone as an emergency contact ?!!! Huge shout out to the technician MICHAEL MCMURRY he made the experience totally worth it his communication was beyond GREAT this guy sends you a video to your phone explaining service he’s like the one to ask for when you go to the dealership ? and then say I’ll wait till he’s available!!!!!!!!! Oh I almost forgot they wash your car too better then club car wash?

My car was receiving an oil change and brake fluid check. I was told it would take 1.5 hours and so it did. The waiting area is very pleasant and well stocked with snacks and drinks making the wait pleasant. The staff are very hospitable, further adding to a pleasant wait. As far as I know, the work was well performed. All in all, a pleasant way to keep your car in good condition.

Everything was great. The work was done timely and while a few things in addition to the oil change were suggested, they seemed necessary and they weren’t pushy about it. We ended up having 4 things done and are very happy with the work.
