Amazing service! Set an appointment for 11-3, got a call around 10:30 sayin they were close! Came out to the house, fixed it in about an hour, and payment was easy w tap! Loved it and definitely gonna come back if needed in the future!

Driving on Highway 55 and the tire from an Ameren truck in front of me threw a rock and hit my windshield. I called Auto Glass and got a fantastic price and they came out and installed my new windshield. Rob was fantastic and was just amazing to work with. I highly recommend them!

Super friendly and kind people there. Rob who came out to fix my window also gave me info a mechanic and was speedy with the repair. They've got a new system that does for scheduling appointments that maybe doesn't save easily, per the previous review I called to double check my appointment time just as a precaution. You're supporting a local business and it's cheaper than safelite!

They forgot my appointment and arrived with a non-tinted window after saying they had one. Time is money. Stayed home from work to get glass repaired. Day of appointment, called them early in the morning because no courtesy call to confirm appointment. They lost my appointment. The clerk was honest enough to say he remembered I called but information was lost. They were able to make it to their original time slot. Unfortunately, they came with an untinted window. Something that I made sure to request. Autoglass Xpress is a little cheaper than others but, given that I have to go find someone to tint my window, but time is money. Now I have to find a tinted window. If there's more issues down the road I'll adjust this.Service: Auto rear window replacement

Had someone break into my car so I called and spoke with a very nice gentleman, I accepted a quote I received over the phone and scheduled an appointment for them to come out to my house between 10-2 the following day. The installer called me that morning to confirm our appointment and showed up at 10 o clock sharp. The installer was very friendly and very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the job. The price was very competitive from what I could tell from getting other quotes from different company's. Extremely satisfied with my experience with this company and will be using them again for any of my auto glass needs!

I decided to go with a quote greg gave me to replace my windshield. He said the windshield would be in the next Mon. or Tue. I spent that entire next week of Mon. or Tue. trying to reach greg again. No Luck... Another week later I finally was able to reach greg and was told his man would be by the following week on Wed. between 11am - 2pm to do the replacement. We are now into the 4th week of this transaction. At 2:30 on Wed. I tried to reach greg, and was told he had to text his man and he would call me back. He didn't. When I reached greg again (of more than a half dozen times greg was supposed to call me back, he did not, not even once). greg told me his man had called me at 9:48am, he had not...things went down hill from there.

Still came out even in the rain! I don't have a garage or anything but I offered (and held) a golf umbrella while my passenger window was replaced so no one got wet. Great service and I didn't have to reschedule. Would highly recommend!
