This was by far the worst car wash I have ever experienced in my life. They didn’t even get the bird poop off my windshield. I paid $55 and nothing was even wiped down. I paid an extra $10 for pet hair removal and they did not even try to remove it. I spent an extra 2 hours when I got home detailing it myself and I’m 9 months pregnant. Terrible.

Update: I updated the review to three stars. They finally got back to me and sent a replacement card to my father. He hasn’t used it yet but hopefully it is for the correct amount.
I purchased a $50 gift card online. The website said I would receive an email confirmation but nothing came through. When I called to inquire, the person who answered said this is a known issue and to bring in my receipt then he will transfer it to a gift card. I did as instructed and brought in my receipt, which he used to create the gift card. I gave the gift card to my dad as a birthday present. When he attempted to use it he was told there was only $1 on the card. I have called and emailed but no one has gotten back to me in 10 days.
Additionally, when my dad took his car up to get detailed, he had to clean the windows himself when he got home because they were so full of streaks. Very disappointed. Not sure how they have managed to stay in business for as long as they have.

Some of the controls don’t work in some of the bays and some of the sprayers don’t work in some of the other bays kinda sloppy… and the hose connections over my truck were leaking so after I was done the hoses were still leaking on my clean vehicle… ?

Disappointed. Paid $102.00 plus tips. Windows left dirty. Lots of doggie nose prints. I paid an extra $60.00 for an interior and upholstery "detail" that left the seats looking like they might have forgotten to even vacuum. The dashboard looks like they applied armor all in streaks. Wouldn't recommend. And they weren't even busy at the moment.

Substandard at best. $42 for the “ceramic” service, an additional $17 to vacuum the cargo area (which was neglected altogether), and a $10 tip. Seems to be a very poorly managed business.Services: Full body wash
