I went to these guys because I found a nice looking 2018 Nissan Altima on cars.com for a price that I probably should have known was too good to be true. It had some minor cosmetic damage, nothing too bad. The transmissions on these things are known to be garbage so I was specifically looking to see if there were any problems with that when I took it for a test drive. It seemed fine. They made me sign a waiver saying I had taken it for a test drive and was buying it as is. That was the second red flag. When I got it home, literally the next day it started having problems. Had it inspected, and what do you know? Internal CVT failure. Needs a whole new transmission that cost almost as much as I paid for the car itself to fix.
There is no way they didn't know it was having problems when they sold it to me. I don't know how they got it working long enough for my test drive and the ride home, but they said the transmission had been inspected and checked out. And now I'm paying several thousand more for the car than I was expecting to.
Remember folks: Don't sign away your rights that are protected under Missouri's lemon laws. Learn from my mistake.

About 2 months ago we bought a 2013 Volkswagon Passat. We were pleased with the service we recieved while there, really nice people, very helpful with figuring out what we were looking for. Our main issue is that after buying the car, we've barely been able to drive it. To name a few of the issues, an ignition coil wasn't attached properly, the thermostat not closing properly caused the car to overheat and there's a Crack in the exhaust which is going to be a $1700 fix because on these European cars, it's connected to the catalytic converter so the whole thing will need to be replaced. Not sure how it passed a safety inspection before i bought it with that particular issue because I was told by my mechanic that it wouldn't. I'm a little miffed to be honest.

We had to go through a few hoops through the bank to figure things out and they worked with us through the whole thing. Matt made sure we were up to date and was very helpful the whole time. The provide us with temp tags and emissions when we leave for a smaller fee than other businesses will! Very grateful
