Purchased several appliances for our new kitchen. The cooktop never worked from day 1. I contacted Autco and they said it is up to GE to repair appliance. I contacted GE, they have been out 2 times to attempt a repair, now coming out a third time with another part. I paid for a brand new cooktop, not a refurbished one. I contacted Autco again, said I'd like to return the cooktop, they said no....spoke to the manager who basically said, "not our fault". ZERO concern or help. I am a Realtor, recommend business to my clients all the time. Will let everyone I know how awful Autco is.

I am so thankful for the team at Autco Home Appliance, led by our sales associate, Jay Starling. Jay was our man from start to finish. He helped my wife and I make some difficult decisions on our remodel. We took our time and never felt rushed or pushed. We were able to get a refrigerator, rangetop, dishwasher, dual ovens and a dishwasher. All top name brand appliances like Bosch, Wolff and GE Profile. The price was fair and the service top notch. They even stored the appliances in their warehouse till our contractor finished the job. Additionally, when the red knobs for the Wolff range were not with it, Jay personally made sure Wolff sent us out a new set. I could not be happier with Jay, the team and the service we received from Autoco!

I so did NOT want to post a negative review for AUTCO but I just can't believe how awful it has been to work with this company. We spent $27K on appliances for an entire kitchen and keep getting the runaround on the hood installation. Had two faulty hoods delivered that couldn't be installed after waiting MONTHS to even get the installs scheduled. Now...stuff happens and I'm ok with the quality issue of that specific brand (they did order another brand and are saying they will make good on this). My issue is with the complete lack of communication in the scheduling of the install. We've been working with them since March 2019-yes 2019! I have to keep checking with them--absolutely NO communication from them! Last I heard, they were ready to install the last week of June. It's now almost September and not a peep. Sooooo--we reach out again (I've had to follow up with them no less than 10 times--several times they did not respond) and are told they are still waiting for a part! What? Absolutely ridiculous! And this is paid in full. Hard to believe that I'm having an experience like this with a mostly subzero/Wolf purchase.
