Angel was/is wonderful. I brought in two complicated issues and not only did he correct them for me he was very patient in assuring that all my issues were corrected before I left. This is the best ATTstore in St?Luis area.

Brittany was amazing!!! Best service I’ve received at an AT&T location ever and I’ve been a customer for over 30 years. She went above and beyond to fine a solution for my concerns! I’ve been back twice for other needs the following 2 weeks and everyone who has helped me at this store has been exceptional.

Brittany is by far the most dedicated AT&T representative I’ve met. I had a complicated issue that required management approval and she had no problem reaching out, organizing and assisting me every step of the way. Even better the manager was able to help me out and take care of everything same day. The best management I’ve seen in a store. I can’t appreciate them enough, if there was ever a store worth making a trip to it’s this one. Dedication, experience, and passion make the difference. This is one of the only good experiences I’ve had in the 5 years I’ve been with AT&T.

Aja , was AMAZING!!! she not only helped my dad, who was visiting from out of state, she also helped me start the process to use insurance to have a replacement device for myself! My dad was seriously ready to completely leave ATT and iPhone before I took him to the best store!! He traveled 11 hrs to see me and his grandkids and he said AJA was now the reason his trip turned out the best ! Haha! But, seriously, you should be thankful for Aja and the amazing staff at this location! I'll always go there when something goes wrong!! Thanks,, Aja!! You're a national treasure!

After coming to the store 2 times to get my upgraded phone activated properly, I decided against waiting each time due to the large number of customers who where waiting for assistance.Finally, I caught the store on a good day and there were not many people waiting. Aja P. was the representative who took care of me.Aja P. knows AT&T perfectly and the iPhones as well! She was of great help and knowledge to me. I truly enjoyed my visit to the store that day. She was simply incredible! AT&T certainly does not want to loose her as an employee!

Our service representative, Brittany addressed our initial reason for being there and offered an overall better service plan for our account. My wife and I upgraded our cell phones and look to replace one Apple watch and get a second one.Overall, it was a good and productive visit.Thanks,Tom

terrible service terrible employers cant even listen to me when I told them I needed my check and it's been two weeks since I was supposed to receive my first check and still haven't gotten it I highly recommend not to work here because you won't get listened to at all when there is an issue

This rating is as much a reflection of the corporation in general as this and other locations. After 4 calls and visits with as many answers. Am doing everything possible to protect as much of my parent's dignity while giving her as much independence as possible, and they are making it difficult. Will bring the parent in if unable to resolve will port her number to another provider.

Went there for a basic thing just to activate my Sim card at because it stopped working. I was in the waiting room for a whole entire hour and 25 minutes and watched four different people come in after me to get helped before me at the end they were basically threw the newest guy at me every employee after they help somebody would just go run and hide in the back. I'm not the kind of person to leave a bad review and a super understanding person I work customer service, and I never in my whole entire life experienced Such bad customer service that I am wanting to leave a terrible review. This is the first review I've ever left. And the craziest part of the whole entire situation is that it literally took the guy less than 10 minutes to activate my Sim card.
