I've owned my Aspen Spa since it was delivered in early 2021---months after I ordered it in Aug of 2020.
It has been a fantastic addition to our home.
Yearly, I've paid for the Platinum Service to ensure the spa stays in top notch condition. This year the service was not what I expected---a simple phone call after sending some pictures in on email resulted in a complete do over of the Platinum Service.
Today I got the invoice with $0 due. Unlike many companies out there that say they stand behind both their product and their service---Aspen means it.

Professional, prompt, and high quality! We are extremely happy with both our hot tub and the service from Aspen Spas. We felt welcomed when we walked in and it’s a perk that they have a show room in STL. The crew that delivered our hot tub was professional and respectful. My wife and I went into the showroom, not sure of what we wanted or what they offered. The sales team was great! All of our questions were answered, no pressure, many questions on best options for us, they went over all the options with pros and cons for what we wanted. We left and later called back with more questions. Next visit, we picked what we wanted and bought. The quality of the Aspen spas are above anything else we looked at in the last 5 years of researching. The fact that they are manufactured and sold here in StL and installed by the same company was a huge plus.
Install was faster than expected. Great service and instructions. Had 1 issue, called into service, they were out within a week and took care of it, no problems.
Would recommend Aspen to anyone looking.

We shopped around few other dealers in the area and decided to check out aspen spas after the first visit we made up our minds this was the place . Staff explained every single inch of the tub and went over the entire build and can take you on a tour of the process. Delivery was on point and we are sooo extremely happy with our purchase

The problem was in the spa I bought a year and half ago shut down on me. My main problem was the vendor I bought it from. Thank you to Aspen Spas for being honest on the part delivery and added pressure. RIC AND SETH, thank you both for the fix. They broke Lights while repairing. Can't wait to wait another month for that repair.

We love our new hot tub so much and the buying process was easy and enjoyable. Sales people are very knowledgeable, attentive and professional.
I’m giving 4 stars because we had an issue with our circulation pump when spa was delivered and spa tech came next day and had to replace with a new circ pump. I’m concerned about quality of parts since a part had to be replaced right away. But it works great now and we love it and use it everyday.
My other concern is how long it takes for the service dept to send a tech out at least for minor issues. We’ve been waiting two weeks for tech to come check out a noisy jet valve after being told they could probably make it out within a week, and still have no indication when they will come. Again we are still very happy with our purchase but wanted to share our concerns.

We had a great sales experience and the first few years with the hot tub were fantastic. Unfortunately now we are several years down the road and the thing has become a money pit where we are averaging $500/year on service calls for leak after leak after leak. They don’t have enough service techs because it always takes 2-3 weeks before anyone can get to you and then if you need follow-up work it’s just as much time. Really disappointed in the long-term quality of the spa and the lack of service techs at Aspen
