We ordered from this company various times. We had a package shipped Fedex. Fedex didn’t try to deliver because they stated business was closed which it wasn’t and the tracking even said no attempt made. We called Fedex to pick it up and they said Applied Diamond Tools had shippedA way that didn’t allow for pick up, but that they could call and change that. When we contacted Applied Diamond they just kept saying that there was nothing theY could do they didn’t even let us explain they didn’t even want to be bothered. It took me 5 minutes to talk to Fedex I guess customers aren’t worth 5 minutes. Will NEVER order from a company who isn’t willing to do anything to help there customer. As a business owner I know that without customer there is no business!

Staff is helpful and patient with my questions about various products. I haven't found anywhere in or around St. Louis that has 1/4 of the selection and I know the only hope you may have to beat the prices is rolling the dice online.

Ordered some grinding discs online and paid an extra $70 for expedited shipping. Got an email with a fedex tracking number, but when I checked the status, it stated that the sender canceled the shipment. When I called Toolocity to see what was going on, the “sales person” said that the company will change the shipping to usps if it was cheaper for them. Now, as of June 26th, when the discs where originally scheduled to be delivered to me, the USPS number that I finally got them to send me, shows it hasn’t even been received by the postal service. Making matters worse, the couple of dollars the company selfishly saved in shipping costs, has cost me a $4500 job I needed the discs for.

I purchased a Kawaii variable speed polisher from this company in May of 2015. It is now nine months later and I have used the tool three times on small jobs. From the first job I noticed that this tool got extremely hot while in use. Needless to say on the third job the tool stopped working. I called Applied Diamond tools about repairing this unit or replacing it and the customer service operator told me it was out of warranty. I tried to find resolution with him about that to get replacement or repair for the tool and the fact that the tool was not even a year old. Got nowhere with that - I'm on my own. This tool is junk, buyer beware. DO NOT BUY THIS TOOL. Also this company’s customer service is horrible, the operator spoke over me throughout the entire conversation. I will never buy from them again.
