“Tom Theiss exceeded our highest expectations when handling our hardware order for our new home. He is an honorable guy who really cares about his clients. It is a pleasure working with Theiss and we strongly recommend doing business with him. Terry and Paul Flotken”

3730 Foundry Way Suite 188, St. Louis“This s the most professionally run estate sale company I have ever done business with. Well organaized and extremely helpful. I've been to many estate sales over the years and Momoderne is by far the best!”
“I love their selection of mid century items. Huge space, many options, decent parking. Friendly and helpful staff.
Remember they are only open on the weekends and always have new or more items each week.”
“LOVELY store! Beautifully organized and maintained — I accidentally bought something I thought was MUCH less than it actually was and the store’s employees were SO very sweet and worked with the vendor to get me a partial refund! Will shop here again!!”
10AM - 5PM
3400 Cherokee St, St. Louis“Very cool store full of eclectic collection of items. They have all kinds of super cool antiques and collectibles. I as super impressed by the knowledge and the selection.
It's a wonderful, almost hidden(if you didn't know about this place) gem.”
“Great spot for true vintage, awesome mens selection ?
Just picked up the coolest men’s leather 40’s jacket, quilted lining, perfectly distressed, absolutely fantastic, thanks again Retro 101/Cherry Bomb!”
“What a cute little shop. Recently discovered the shop of resale items. From what I understand people donate items and they resell them and the profits go towards the Missouri botanical Garden. There are a lot of little hidden treasures in here. We found that the prices were a little high for resale store, but it's going to a good cause. They have a lot of glass items like knickknacks for your house and full china sets. They have a great selection of antique jewelry as well. Lots of interesting lamps. My friend bought one that was just perfect for her Bedroom. They also have dining tables and a little bit of other furniture. If you're ever at the garden, you might as well stop by to take a peek and see if you find any little hidden treasures. The staff is always happy to help you search for a particular item that you might be looking for.”
“I had a nice discussion with the Owner (she deals with antique and vintage toys plus other things) who’s been in business 43 years and she was helpful and shared information with me which was nice to find someone willing to take 7 minutes out of their day to help another person. She probably knows about everything in the Antique area of Cherokee and more. Thanks -Robyn.(We just spoke /Friday night at 6:20 pm)”
“Always a great place to stop by ! A lot to look at if you take the time to search through the shop. The smoking inside the building definitely isn't something i love about this shop though. That's about the only criticism there is to make. Deffintly stop by.”
“Mr. Szelag did a first class restoration of an 1870s painting by my wife's great, great uncle, a world renowned artist. Mr. Szelag renewed the frame as well, which was a big plus since we were used to seeing it in raw condition. The renewal of the painting made us think we were looking at it for the first time, the change was that dramatic.”
“We saw this shop on our way to the botanical garden and couldn't pass by without stopping in. There is so much amazing art around every turn. The sweet dog greeters inside were the best.”
“Sorry for the night pic this is my $500 dollar mcm coffee table lol ?I moved here a year ago and this was the third antique I went to. The staff is laid back. So coming here almost a year later, still chill staff”
“Awesome place to find items for your restoration projects! Reagan is great, very reasonable and organized. Building where located is part of old Lemp Brewery/International Shoe so that's cool to look at too.”
“I am a local artist that sells in the store and also shops the store every time I drop off product. The store is always getting new fun things in! I have gotten some of the cutest furniture there, I love it.”
“Absolutely 10/10. The staff were amazing, helpful, kind, professional and personable. Three rooms with plenty to look at! I went in with the purpose of stocking my bar glasses and was not disappointed. Even if I was just wandering in I could find something to buy in there. Classic mid-century decor and furniture that looks in great shape. Will be coming back again and again!!!”
“Super cool stuff there! I got two iron stars which are everywhere on the brick buildings. It's hard to tell the place is opened because the windows don't show any light inside. Look for the wooden open sign.”
“Oh, I love Hammond's...if you are looking for something special for someone special, Hammond's is definitely the place to go...AND...Peter and his dear wife are the nicest two people ever...nit to mention the other employees of Hammond's ... it is truly a lively place at which to spend the afternoon!!!”
“Wow this place is packed! Too much to take pictures of.
■Part of a larger strip mall, you'll have plenty of space to park.
■Enormous variety and number of items/booths to browse.
■Seemed like friendly people there, and I'd check every once in a while for anything new.”
“Cherokee street for antique shopping is great. This is where I would take people, not from St Louis to show them we have cool stuff. There are some antique shops on this street that have some nice things.”

2124 Cherokee St, St. Louis“My wife is a designer out of New York, and when we come to her hometown of St Louis, she always insists on coming here. Elders is a treasure trove of unique and beautiful antiques. The selection is vast and diverse (THREE floors), with something for every taste and budget. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly, and they go out of their way to ensure you find exactly what you're looking for. The prices are more than fair, and the quality is outstanding. I highly recommend Elders to anyone in the market for high-end antiques at reasonable prices.”
“I recently bid on a Sam Gilliam "Orange Slice" and it was a great experience working with Selkirk Auctioneers. I contacted them in advance of the auction for more information about the piece, and follow the auction in real time on video as I became the winning bid on what has been my most significant acquisition to date. I give them my highest recommendation and look forward to working with them in the future. The follow up post sale was particularly excellent.”
“Was recommended here from the Twisted Whisker between Springfield and St. Louis and was not disappointed! Walked out with two chairs and a bunch of ideas. Good antique furniture, statues and art. Lots of cases too (though I didn’t look through any of those). Safe neighborhood and plenty of parking too - no worries while loading.”
9:55AM - 5:55PM
1275 Castillons Arcade Plaza, St. Louis“As I encounter more antique malls, I'm starting to come to grips with the fact that most items aren't antiques, and nothing is organized. For example, you can look at books at 12 different points in the store.
But, like other antique malls, this place is sprawling and provides hours of adventure. I also thought their prices were very fair in comparison to some other places I've been.
Even if you don't plan to buy, it's a great place to checkout for an afternoon.”
“I could probably spend all day in this store. And probably all my money. So many items that brought back memories. Will definitely be back to spend more time and money”
