Don’t bother! They don’t call you back :(Called on Friday for help/left a message.No return call!Called again on Tuesday. Left another message.No return call!Called again today- Wednesday -and someone answered. Said he’d call back in 1/2 hour.NO RETURN CALL!

I strongly advise against leasing any office equipment from this company. We consistently encounter issues with the equipment we acquired ranging from malfunctions to problems with billing. This ongoing frustration has reached a point where I cannot recommend their products or Services. I wish I could rate them a zero.

We could not be happier with Americom taking care of all our IT needs. When it comes to excellent customer service, expertise in their field, and the value they provide, they check every box. Potentially looking to lease a office class laser printer and decided to take a chance with submitting my name and phone number using a printer search engine. Dave who owns the company gave me a call and he was fact finding - super nice guy and offered to come by my house because he was going to be in my area and would like to come by and meet with me face to face. He called me the day of and apologized for not being able to make it by, so we decided to visit his office and made an appointment with him to visit his office on a Monday.We visited him at his office and saw a demo of the printer we would potentially lease. We discussed printer needs and the details of the lease. He took a solid hour with us. Dave is a really good guy, seems like he is very customer orientated and very friendly.
