They won't accept coupons from your smart phone only a printed copy. I cannot think of a good reason not to honor that format in this day and age. There should at least be a notice on the download page that only printed coupons will be accepted.

Love them...they always accept coupons and don't have those crazy add-ons that other cleaners do.
