My experience was wonderful and I will always come back . Lamont was very helpful and had a great attitude while handling my parts , Royce was very respectful while helping me get my payment figured out and very patient .
Rob was one of the main reasons I did come back because he has helped me before and always has a great attitude and helpful information that I needed . Als will always be my first option when finding parts from a junkyard.

This is the place to go. Robert was incredibly kind, fast, and gave the best recommendation for a used tire after they got me a new rim. Unbelievably good prices and service, THANK YOU SO MUCH! You all are a blessing, especially Robert!

Needed my windshield replaced so I paid for it the day before and set my appointment for the next day. The next day I was in and out and windshield replaced within 30 minutes. Good customer service.

My window was busted at a local spot. A few people were unfortunately victims of such this Night. I called Al's bright and early. They didn't have the window for my foreign car they told me that Brocks Auto Salvage had my window. They gave me the number and I called and went and picked up the window. Called Al's back. And they had initially told me that they wouldn't be able to fit me in till Monday. Today is Friday. I went to go pay for the service and they were able to get me in TODAY! $75 to install the window. I paid $95 for the window at Brocks. It's the heart of winter and on behind thankful they took care of me wirh no issue's. Clean waiting area. Helpful employees they made this awful incident a breeze to handle.in less than 24 hours I was back in business! ??? ??

My Challenger had some body damage (done by my husband hitting a mailbox) and Al's had the passenger side door I needed. I called ahead to make sure they had the part, and I spoke with Robert. Robert quickly checked their stock and confirmed the door was in stock. Prior to ending our phone call Robert told me his name and said to ask for him when I got there. That was a nice touch of personal customer service! Knowing that I would deal with the same person on the phone and in-person was stress relieving. Once I arrived to Al's, I went into the business and was quickly greeted and assisted by the owner. He was pleasant in our interaction and he then directed me to Robert. Robert was GREAT!!! He was very personable, knowledgeable, quick, polite, and accommodating. While we waited for the other guys to bring my part Robert and I chitchatted, and he is actually rather funny, he had me laughing and cutting up the whole time. After a quick inspection of the door, two guys loaded it into my truck for me. My entire experience with this business, employees, and owner was top notch! Hopefully I won't need to, but should I need OEM parts again, I will use Al's!!!!
