I have a very old high end turntable and had an issue with the output Alpha Tech Electronics had the piece needed to solve my problem. They also do repairs on and also sell amps, turntables, etc, etc.They know their stuff!

Omg! Kevin the manager fixed my vintage receiver in about 2 seconds (blown fuse) and did NOT charge me and I took my receiver home and blew the fuses again-brought it back the same day and he fixed it again! I’ve purchased some used vintage stereo equipment from Kevin/alpha tech 3 times and they know thier stuff and have wonderful electronics for sale and to fix!

It took a little time to get this old Zenith Wedge back (and I knew that going in) but it was well worth the wait. Wow, the Turntable and 8 Track have been brought back to life after 40 years. Sounds amazing! Thanks to the entire gang out at Alpha Tech. Friendly and highly knowledgeable staff. Fair pricing. Great experience! I’ll be back!

This review is a little belated, but still very well deserved! I picked up an old GE media floor console from an estate sale and they fixed its turntable in under two days - even gave me advice on taking it out and installing it back in! I was so impressed, and they were super friendly/approachable, and this is coming from someone who knows zilch about how this tech works. Couple months later and the turntable is still working amazingly :) Thank you guys!

I have nothing but great things to say about the service I have experienced at Alpha tech. Honest people who are highly skilled at their craft! They have gotten my two vintage turntables performing like they did when they were new at a reasonable price.

St. Louis is lucky to have this place. They were such a help with my turntable repair, and quickly diagnosed my problem and had me out the door in 10 minutes. The gentleman working there are extremely knowledgeable, and very helpful, even if you don't know anything about the ins and outs of your audio equipment. Highly recommended!!

I've collected vintage Marantz gear for years now. When I got them, Alpha Tech was my first stop. Expect a backlog. Good things come to those who wait. Understand, the guys are up there in years. There are hardly any young techs out there to replace them when they retire. They brought back a 2230 that was for all intents trash. It's now my prized piece. Over the course of a year I researched updating my Marantz 6100 turntable including sending a plinth to Serbia to have Ash veneer put on it, had a new dust cover made, new connections cables, a new cork mat and the shop sold me a lightly used Ortofon Blue cartridge. Then Ed got to work. When he finished, I had a one of a kind TT that he's still proud of. Me too!
